North Georgia Dermatology charged us for multiple things during our recent second visit to their office -- which they did not inform us of in advance, including a new patient charge. I have now spoken with at least three staff people about the new patient charge, and due to their threat of sending us to a collection agency, I have paid the bill in full. They were totally inflexible and unwavering about everything. When I informed the woman that I planned to report about my experience with their office on the Internet, she said they were booked three months in advance and it would not affect them. If customer service, reasonable fees, and simple courtesy are important to you, I would suggest visiting a different dermatological practice.

They lost my appointment, and then after realizing it was their mistake.... continued to treat me as if I did not have an appointment. Very obtuse staff front and back of the house. Will NEVER return.

You may have to wait a week or so to get into this office but it is so worth it. Very short waiting times while in the office, even shorter waiting times while in the examing room. Great care and knowledgeable doctors. We prefer Dr. Dolan
