I have had to take my cars in more times than I like to admit for body work and even though I live in Cobb County, I make the drive over to Peachtree Industrial so that N Perimeter can work on it. They are always super nice, there's an Enterprise right there so you can get a rental if you need it and they deliver quality work every time! From fixing a Nissan that was $200 away from being totaled to replacing a scraped bumper, I will always use North Perimeter Collision for my vehicles. When they say your car will be ready on a certain date, it's ready by that date.
Area Mableton, GA
Cost $250 - $499
Date March 2017

These are the nicest, most honest, most talented people ever! Our 11-year-old car was sideswiped in a parking lot and the "big guys" that are "preferred providers" for the insurance companies didn't want to fool with it. They kept using the dreaded "total" word and there was nothing wrong with the side of our car that a good body shop couldn't repair. Dwayne and his crew took one look and said, "Sure--we can fix that!" And boy, did they! It looks great and they are such artisans that you can't even tell the new from the old, even with an older car. If you need people you can trust--take your car here. It's an unassuming place, sandwiched between an impound lot and a tow truck company. But don't let the modest digs keep you from trusting these folks. They are the best!

I had to sell a 2004 Camry in 2013. There was some paint fading on the hood. When I took it to North Perimeter, Dwayne said he could do a paint job for $250. But he said that he would rather not take my money because somebody buying a 9 year old car will not mind the faded paint!! Later I broke a side view mirror and needed it replaced. North Perimeter was the only place I took it to. They fixed it at a great price and when I asked about some nicks that I needed touched up he told me to go to the Toyota dealer and buy the paint and his guys would touch it up for free! Dwayne is the best! I will never go to another body shop again as long as he is in business!!

I had a minor dent which was made to look much worse by streaks of white paint. I got several estimates and theirs came in the lowest. But that wasn't all. Two other shops offered to clean off the paint, at prices of $40 to $80. But North Perimeter told me to bring it in and they'd clean it up for free - and they did! Can't ask for better value than that. I sent them a pizza. I think you will, too.

I have had body work done on my vehicle three times in the last 4 years. Nope, not all my fault. Danny and Dwayne's service and quality of workmanship is always so far above my highest expectations at THE most reasonable prices!! They should be poster guys for Customer Service and Quality Workmanship. Please don't bother to frequent any other auto body shop.

I had a great experience with North Perimeter Collision. I needed some body work on my car that I didn't want to go through insurance. Dwayne worked with me to get the cost down without losing the quality of a good repair. They promptly repaired my car and even though they had a bit of a delay due to a bad part, he knocked off some money from my total to help me out with my rental car for the extra day. Definitely not common practice anymore to treat your customer the way they do. With car repair shops being a dime a dozen, this shop is definitely at the top of my list for best quality, customer service and value!

Great local shop in Atlanta. The service is extremely personable and friendly. Estimate and repair process were quick and resulted in a high-quality fix. I got three estimates from local businesses and this was the lowest (by $300) and fastest time estimate. Not only did they meet their time estimate, there was time to spare! Should I ever need collision repair again, I'd definitely take my car here! *Note: This business shares a drive with a towing company and also provides services to four local police departments, so don't be alarmed by the "junkyard" appearance. The work is top notch!

After getting 10 quotes ranging from $4000 (NPC) to $6000 (several other shops) to repair my Mazda's sheetmetal, I chose NPC based upon a trusted mechanic's advice. Despite being the least expensive shop, they performed the work exactly as promised in the shortest amount of time and my two year old Mazda looks new again. As a 28 year resident of Atlanta maintaining 4 vehicles, this is the best body shop I have found to date.

I freaked out when my car got rear ended. These guys worked with my insurance company and kept me informed almost daily so i didn't have to worry and let me know the steps better than the claims rep did. I almost cried when i got my car back. They did a wonderful job! I would use them again, but hopefully I won't need to!

These folks are old school service oriented. I have used many different body shops over my 30+ years of driving and NP Collision is without a doubt the THE BEST! They are reasonably priced and at the time I had my vehicle repaired (Summer 2011) they had an unbelievable paint person that did a phenomenal job of blending the repair with the existing paint to the point you could not tell them apart. That is artistry! Second vehicle the wife found a piece of tire rubber with her new Sonata and the folks at NP Collision repaired it at a price that was unbelievable and they did it while I waited. Yes while I waited. They stand behind their work and will make any issues right. It is a long drive for me but is absolutely worth it. Thanks Dwayne and Danny for a great customer experience.

My wife was unfortunately involved in an accident with her car recently. Based on previous poor experiences with body shops in the Atlanta area recommended by my auto insurance company; a friend recommended that I check Kudzu where I found North Perimeter Collision. Dwayne, the owner was very friendly, told me a little about his business, and described the process to me. Quite honestly, in all my experiences with body shops (aprox. 5-6 over 20+ yrs), this was the BEST experience I ever had in terms of quality of workmanship, customer service, communication with the customer, honesty and sincerity. My wife loves her 11 yr old Honda and with a $1,000 deductible on the collision-the insurance company wanted to total it. Dwayne not only helped to facilitate the discussions with the appraisers, re-appraisers, and the insurance company, he kept us constantly informed of the progress, timelines, next steps, and worked hard to ensure we could minimize the $1,000 deductible, by suggesting good alternatives such as high quality aftermarket parts and/or scoured parts locally for used replacements. The car just came back, on time as promised and it looks BETTER than before the accident! Although the damage was only on one end of the car, Dwayne had the whole car buffed and polished eliminating 11 yrs of scratches and oxidized paint! If you need a body shop with integrity, honesty, great quality work, customer service, and a lifetime warranty, I recommend you contact North Perimeter.

I own Executive Parking Systems. Our sister company Eagle Parking also uses Dwayne Palmer of North Perimeter Collision. Between the two companies we do send them business when needed. We have been extremely happy with their pricing, and that our customers never leave unhappy with the work. Good job guys and thank you for your services!!!

Had my car repaired at NPC after bad accident on the Connector southbound. I chose NPC because of their excellent reputation. I am now having significant problems because the clear coat is completely failing on their work (the rest of the car is fine). They are refusing to honor their "Lifetime Guarantee" unless I bring the car back to them. Unfortunately, I now live in Denver. They aren't willing to even consider working with a local shop or have me send them pictures. I understand their dilemna, however, not their complete refusal to try to help in any way.

Simply put: They were courteous, professional and relaxed. My car needed two gaskett parts replaced. Not only did they replace it on time, they fixed the rear minor dent, painted over it AND painted over some of the chips of paint on both sides of the car! I was amazed! I walked away with reapirs totaling less than one hundred dollars and a "newer" car! Thanks! Keep up the good work, guys!

Dwayne and Danny were great when I had a vehicle repaired at their place and here is specifically why: 1. Dwayne offered to pay whatever it cost above $75 to tow the vehicle to his place. 2. He kept me informed about the progress of the repair job. 3. He was concerned about getting parts that not only worked correctly but that looked good as well. 4. I also needed the windshield replaced and he provided the windshield at his cost. 5. He saved me $300 off my deductible (not sure how, but apparently by using a particular part). 6. When I asked if his shop did emissions inspections, he offered to take the vehicle to a nearby location to have it done. 7. He offered to give me a ride from the closest MARTA station, when I needed transportation to pick up the vehicle. 8. He told me to be sure to ask my insurance company about getting a diminished-value check (which was subsequently worth $45). As a result of Dwayne's efforts, I wound up paying only about $150 (rather than the $500 deductible) to have the vehicle repaired (ignoring the windshield replacement).
