This is a great Dentist office. The staff was so nice. I don't like going to the Dentist but they made it a good experience. They used modern equipment which made me feel like I was getting the best of care. I will recommend this Dentist to all my friends.

I went in after 2 years of not having a dental cleaning and found out my teeth were in dieing need of some attention. The people at North Roberts Rd were amazing! I couldn't of asked for a better experience and customer service. Bena, my dental hygienist for life now, was very sweet and she explained everything that we needed to do to get my smile looking like a million bucks again. She was very gentle with me, I have very sensitive teeth so sometimes its hard to find someone that actually cares. My dentist is Dr. Joe and he too is the best! He filled a couple of cavities and fixed a chipped tooth I had. The front office ladies are also wonderful. They worked with me even without having insurance. Thank you North Roberts Rd. Dental Group! You helped me get my smile back!

Stay away from this rip off office. All they care is your money, don't make the same mistake I've made, the only thing they don't charge for is the air you breath. You've been warned!

TERRIBLE SCAMMERS !! Office was listed In-Network for my insurance.... they assigned me to an Out-of-Network dentist in their office without telling me. Told me I needed a replacement crown and then quoted me some new type of metal composite material that was not covered by my insurance. Finally went down the street to another dentist and was told I only needed to have a filling re-done in the adjacent tooth from the crown. I am now receiving bills for services they failed to submit to my insurance and in addition they are charging me a $9/month "administrative fee" and recuring FINANCE CHARGES on a balance I do not owe at an (unknown) interest rate I did not agree to. WHAT A SCAM !!

I saw the reviews online and saw how many awful things were written about Roberts Dental Group. I decided to take it upon myself to call and see why they had such bad reviews. There response was, that many old employees had gotten on the websites, such as insiderpages.com and wrote terrible things. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and come in for the advertised price of $69 cleaning. I arrived at my appointment 15mins early, was taken back to the chair and sat for over an hour before someone saw me. The hygienist finally came over to me and took some X Rays, then told me to go back to my chair. 20 mins later, the receptionist Kendra then came over to talk to me and stated that I had to pay $308, to cover all of the issues that were going on in my mouth. I declined and simply said I just wanted the $69 cleaning. After this I was told I could check out since I declined the more expensive cleaning so I was left with a bill of $57.00 for X Rays and no cleaning. I did not want to pay for the X Rays since I did not want X Rays in the first place, only if I was getting the cleaning. Overall, this place is COMPLETELY after your money. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I work in customer service and I would never treat a new or existing client the way I was treated. The staff has no professionalism and this business should be shut down. Take my advice and STAY AWAY from these crazy people!!!

I needed to change dentists because my insurance changed. First and foremost, this dental office is about $$$, not caring for the patient. Crystal the hygienist runs the show, from start to finish and the dentist i was with, DR Z they call him, obviously just an employee for the "ghost" owner. The ghost owner, Dr. Jerry Nutt has an "F" with the BBB and is not accredidated. Next, Crystal explained that I had Periontitis and needed a "deep" cleaning otherwise I would lose my teeth. I had a cleaning 1 year prior and she said it wasn't my fault they didn't tell me. When I saw a chart under the desk with pictures of the phases of periontitis, I asked her what phase mine was in and she said advanced, which showed SEVERE gum/tooth decay. I questioned this because I have no decay. She said the poster was wrong. Dr. Z came in and concurred with Cyrstal's findings. Money planner person came in later with a $1500 procedure plan cleaning. Yeah, not making this up. $500 was for antibiotics! I scheduled the cleaning (like an idiot) but before I left, Dr Z suggested I see the PERIODONTIST (crystal said I would have to see him 1 month after the cleaning) and then get this.....he winked at me....as if to say.....get another opinion buddy. I went to another dentist and got a regular cleaning. No problems. Crystal is unethical and needs a good whoopin. Dr Z at least knows it's wrong and has a conscious.

It's been two years since my last dental cleaning which went well, I had no cavities. Before this time I went every year my entire life. I was told by the front desk at N. Roberts Rd Dental Group that I could have a same day cleaning with my first visit. The hygienist (Cristal)said she could not promise a cleaning that day, when I got upset about this her only repsonse was that the front desk doesn't really know when the dentist has time to do a cleaning???? This sounded crazy to me. Then they told me I had gum disease. The back of my gums probed 5, this is one of the beginning signs of gum disease. I was willing to consider the treatment at almost $400 offered to me, but explained that I could only afford the standard cleaning and a cavity filling. I explained that I needed a few months to budget for such a large dental expense. They were very insensitive and apoligized for the fact that my insurance doesn't cover the treatment that I needed. They absolutely refused to work with me and do the standard cleaning that I had scheduled. I spent $124 for the exam and xrays, and left with a dirty mouth. When I asked for the xrays so that I could bring them to a different dental office, they would only give them to me after a $65 release fee. They also wanted to charge me $35 for having an appointment between 9am and 3pm. Don't go to this dentist unless you have money to burn!!!

I made an appointment with this office for at 4:00. This was my first visit. I was told to show up 20 min early to do paperwork. I arrived at 3:35 and completed my paperwork by 3:45. I was not called back until 4:30. They did some xrays and the hygienist (Kristal) checked my gums. She said I had gum disease. We sat and waited for the dentist (who forgot me and was found in his office). He mumbled a few words and said Kristal would explain my treatment. Kristal then told me I had to have a special cleaning that insurance would not cover and that she could not do a regular cleaning. She had the office manager come over and explain the charges ($333) for my "treatment". I told them no thanks that I was getting a second opinion. I'm 30 years old and have only had 3 or 4 cavities in my entire life. I don't smoke and rarely drink. I have never had a problem with my mouth. I think this practice is trying to scam people. I am seeing a new dentist next week and will update with the results. **Update** I went to a different dentist. I have absolutely no signs of gum disease. My teeth and gums are perfectly healthy. This dentist performed a regular cleaning with no problems. I plan to contact the dental board on this.

After reading the negative reviews I was expecting a poor experience. How wrong I was. Fantastic dentist w/ very professional yet friendly assistants who do a great job explaining everything that is to be done. I've been to 5+ Atlanta metro area dentists and this is my favorite. Yes my favorite. Ignore the reviews of those who have not been to a dentist in 20 years and expect to get out the door for $200. I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks Dr. Harris!

I had my first appointment and was asked to fill out "some forms" - tons of them -to deny all liability for everything they do! After reviewing the forms, I went back up to the desk and told them I had never seen a dentist have so many disclaimers. They said..."oh, they all do it"....NOT!! I left without having any work done because I was afraid!!

I was told by a dentist that I needed VERY expensive gum treatment not covered by my insurance. Was made to feel that it was very important, only to find out later my gums were FINE--it was a result of pregnancy that they were the way they were. Dentists were rude, uncaring, and had terrible bedside manner. WASTED $900 on treatment I didn't even NEED.

I was told that one of my (old mercury) fillings needed to be replaced and another that was close for a replacement. Ever since the replacements I have experienced sensitivity with one tooth. On a subsequent visit a different dentist told me I had a chip on the same tooth causing the sensitivity. In hind site I probably didn't need the fillings replaced and while doing so they accidentally chipped my tooth, not feeling it from anesthesia. On a routine cleaning visit I had been billed a small amount and I called about it and told to ignore it unless I got another bill, as insurance payment probably crossed in the mail. Same thing happened after the next cleaning, so I ignored it like I was told to do the first time. The second bill came, stamped that it was going to collections if not paid!!!! All over charging me $4 more than insurance allowed for a cleaning. I went to the dental office because you can't speak with their billing people directly. I explained the situation and they charged me the $4 and would get the late charges resolved. I never heard back from them and when I called I was told it was clear. They have horrendous billing ethics. I firmly believe they are asked to make up patient needs so they can collect more money, driving up costs and our insurance premiums! I went to North Robert dentist for a routine cleaning. That is all! In the lobby they had a new flat screen tv, promoting the horrors of oral cancer. When I sat down in the dentist chair the hygienist (Kystal - HORRIBLE!!!) stated, it was their new policy I had to have an oral cancer exam or they couldn't clean my teeth. After a 1/2 hour consulting with their office manager about their lack of customer service for not telling patients ahead, I decided to go ahead. It cost $65 (I'm mad). Okay, then the hygienist check my gums and says I need a procedure to do a deep cleaning that cost, get this, $836. Oh yes, and if I didn't get the procedure done, she couldn't even clean my teeth. So I walked away with a, get this, $100 bill. In the pass checking my gums was always FREE, but today they said it cost $25 (plus my $10 co-pay), and in the past three years, she said, "Someone dropped the ball for not charging me to check my gums." Unbelievable! Since they got this new dentist, Dr. Harris, all of a sudden I have cavities, need crowns on 6 teeth ($960 each), and so many problems that wasn't discovered just 6 months before. Before Dr. Harris, the previous dentist said my teeth were great. Krystal and Dr. Harris, are a team that is stealing patients blind. DON'T YOU DARE GO THERE!!!

I was looking for a new dentist and decided to give this place a try since it was close... big mistake. I felt the entire time I was in there they were tring to sell me items and services. They also told me I needed a special cleaning that was not covered. They quoted me a price and said I would need to pay for it that day. A month later a bill comes in, they charged my insurence almost double what they charged me after I payed for the service. Of course it was not covered and the bill was just forwarded to me.
