We placed an order for over 6k in office furniture, the delivery was not made in time frame promised. Once the delivery was made part of the order was not included, only to find out Dennis never charged for the pieces. Funny, he went in the back to verify he had them while I was in the store and now he doesn't remember. Will not shop with them again. I do not appreciate a business telling me I didn't do something (basically calling me a liar) when hey made the mistake. Poor customer service.

The service I received at NorthPoint Office Furniture was one of the best I received. Dennis Nack went above and beyond the normal service and provided all the information that I needed to know right away. The price was perfect and the quality of the furniture is outstanding.

We recently expanded our company offices and needed to furnish 5 new offices and one conference room. Looking for great looking, high quality, durable furniture at a good value can be a real challenge. NorthPoint Office Furniture had the best selection of new and pre-owned office furniture around; no other store came close in selection and value. They have a large, well stocked showroom of new furniture on display (unlike others that have more catalogues than inventory)as well as a great selection of pre-owned. They were extremely helpful and patient in helping us choose the right furniture; half of which was pre-owned. The delivery guys did a great job setting up the offices. Highly recommend!!
