They misdiagnosed my daughter's symptoms (sore throat, fever, headache, nausea). They sent us home with no meds and said it was viral. 3 days later she was still suffering, and now had white patches on her tonsils. I looked on the internet and these are symptoms of strep. I took her elsewhere and got a Z-pack, which finally brought her relief. My daughter suffered 3 extra days because of this facility. Needless to say, we are not happy.

I have used this walk-in clinic for both acute and chronic issues, and overall have been very pleased. It's much more convenient than a traditional doctor's office visit, and I have been very happy with the quality of the physicians I've seen there. The front office desk folks aren't always Ms. Personalities, but they do a good job with the insurance paperwork, and usually no check-out is necessary. I now use this clinic as my primary medical provider for routine matters.
