I've been going to this practice for over 10yrs and everytime I try to make an appointment it's such a hassle to see my doctor. I've had to wait 2 months before getting in to see her and ontop of that they cancel Rx until you are seen. This last appointment was the last straw. First of all I had to contact them twice in order for them to get back to me to make an appointment then when I made the appointment of course I had to see a new doctor since I didn't want to weeks on end to get in with my doctor. Parking was a complete disaster. I was on time for my appointment however couldn't find a parking space. This took me 15min and I called them to tell them I was there but unable to find parking. I walk in to my appointment arriving 15min late on the dot, in which the the site states patients have a 15 min window and obviously they can see parking is a mess. This being said they still weren't going to see me but "try to work me in" I asked about how long and they had no idea. I left pretty upset, without an appointment, and still having to pay for parking...$3 for the whole 10min I was there. This definitely isn't my first poor experience with them it was just the very last straw. I look at this as a blessing in disguise because now they've lost my buisness and I'm happily going to a new obgyn.

I had the pleasure of seeing Garland Andres, Nurse Practitioner, the other day and was very impressed. I absolutely dread my annual trip to the gynecologist's office, but not anymore! Garland put me at ease immediately and was so kind and caring. She spoke to me for a long time and answered all of my questions in detail and in ways that I could easily understand. I hope she never leaves! I will recommend her to all of my friends or to any woman that wants her annual visit to be pleasant! I also had a question about my pill after my visit and she returned my call very quickly which (as we all know) does not always happen at these large practices.

This was my very first visit to the OB/GYN (I'm 19 years old) and I had a very good first experience. I went on a day that wasn't busy at all, so I didn't have to wait long before I was called into the office (maybe about 7-10 minutes followed by another 5). The nurse practitioner was great; she was very caring and took time to listen to my concerns and I didn't feel rushed at all. She answered my questions thoroughly and was very nice and easy to talk to. She really does make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her! Also had a pleasant experience with everyone else I interacted with in the office. Definitely recommend this practice.
