My experience with NW Signs has been terrible from the start. I bought a restaurant in March 2009. In February 2011 I received a summons to appear before small claim court in Cobb County for a sign they apparently made for the owner in 1996. No phone call, no request for information, just straight to court for a debt not mine and incurred well before my ownership. Court appearance was a waste of my day and NW Signs did not appear. NW Signs cares little about customer perception or service.

The owner, Marge, promised to have my order ready but could not meet her own deadlines. She would not answer my phone calls and also would not call me back! Rude and unprofessional. I should have knowN better based on how their sign and office looked, NASTY! Would NOT recommend.

Once you commit to them as an account and are subject to their maintenance service follow-up, be prepared to be put on the back burner. Verbal commitments are not honored. Although maintenance and repairs are promised, the company does not honor their word in a timely nor honest manner. This is business that lacks a commitment to service as promised. If you choose Northwest Signs of Marietta, you will most likely receive poor customer service and follow-through. Choose a different company with integrity that translates in to an overall better value.
