Rotten customer service. New A/C installed Mar 11 and service needed Aug 11 and charged $60. Shouldn't that be under warranty even if after hours? Kicker was they went across to neighbor at same time to fix their Mar 11 A/C and didn't charge them. Out of 100 units replaced in complex, 10 have already needed service, and some twice. Owner said "none of our business" what he charges.
