Sent them my camcorder on Dec 7th 2007 for repair. Called on Dec. 26th to see what the deal was. Didn't hear from them until Dec.28th. Cost too much to repair so I gave them my credit card number and asked them to ship it back on Dec. 28th. I kept calling and they kept saying it was on it's way. Their store is 15 miles from me. Didn't receive it back until Feb.6th (40 days later). Got it back and they kept my battery, power cord and manual.Called them on Feb 6th and they said they would get the rest of my stuff back to me ASAP. It is now March 19th and I still don't have it. He told me two weeks ago "our Jersey store picked it up and shipped it to you, all of our stuff is shipped from our Jersey store." I called him three days ago and he said they would ship it our right away. So I said "you told me it was shipped two weeks ago, so how could you be shipping it right away?" He said "oh, they were supposed to ship it. Let me check with them and I'll call you back. NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. It has now been EIGHTY ONE (81) days since I sent them my stuff. I would like them to send me a reimbursement for my stolen items. Duracell Slim Battery $40.59, A/C Power Cord $34.95 and Manual $14.99 for a total of $90.53. 9 have called them 9 times now.
