Their daily specials get changed all the time for the worse. They also add hidden fees and expect no one to speak up. Staff behind the counter has zero personality - it's like talking to a wall. Pizza is fine but the expereince suffers because of bad management.

unfortunately I enjoy the food here but had such a bad experience with the manager over my order that I no longer patron there often. I will still go there from time to time but it is generally as a last resort. I prefer my pizza crust crispy and have ordered it that way consistently. On two separate occasions when ordering take out the pizza was not crisp and the manager I spoke with at the time told me if I wanted it crisp then I should get a pizza stone and cook it at home. The food is good, the quality is good, but the service by the manager was severely lacking and thus I do not go there anymore. I realize it's a personal thing but I'm not paying someone else for food so they can tell me when I express my dissatisfaction that if I don't like it I should do it myself.

Not what you'd expect when you see it in a strip mall location. They have great pizza - the NYC flat style that tastes good even with nothing but cheese on it. Much better than streets of NY which is inconsistent. The mini canolis (sp?) and salads are good too.

I love NYPD! The prices are completely reasonable and the pizza is always good. It can sometimes be packed inside but the patio is in the shade and the misters help make the summer months tolerable.

Thye have good pizza and are slightly classier. The Blue Pizza special is really unique with red peppers and eggplant and ricotta which is usually more successful on lasagna. They also have white pizza that has no sauce but is to die for.
