This doctor reported that I had no injury whatsoever and I was capable of doing my full duties while he was hiding a "Conflict of Interest" in which I issued from Dept of Ind Rel Form QME123 for the doctor to explain his relationship and why he failed to be upfront about it. The QME he conducted i objected to made no reference to the swelling feet and noticeably unhealthy condition my feet and ankles were advancing tO. When i suggested a treatment plan he insulted my family and told me i need to cuddle. However I was still having to avoid sitting for extended periods of time longer then 15 minutes everything from the bottom of my neck through my buttocks and hamstrings turns into a very unpleasant position with excessive tugging, swelling and pulling making it difficult to even get back up out of the seated position. Omeara made no reference to my physical condition and made references to my Hyperexagerrated pain. He ordered me back to work and said i am perfectly healthy however i need lots of physical therapy and steroid injection to see how i will respond to a steroid in my spine. nothing personal but if i am fine then why do i need any treatment... He is well aware of my condition or negligent as an evaluator with a relationship it was his duty to be upfront and disclose and it has been a month since requested explanation of the undisclosed relationship. attached is photo of my unmentioned ankles and feet. http://flic.kr/p/daSfnr

I was referred to Dr O'Meara for an injury. He seems to be a very nice man and a good dr, but every appointment I have had with him, I have been left waiting for at least 45 minutes to be seen and then he doesnt spend much time in the room with you, kinda short and to the point.. The waiting around to be seen is really annoying..
