I called O'Brien's from a business card I had on file. Inquired about a service that unfortunately they did not provide. Rather than just turning me away, I was offered an alternative and even given a contact name and number. Now that's how to build customer loyalty. I would definitely call O'Brien's again and hopefully will need something they can provide. I like the way they take care of the customer.
