It took over 2 weeks to get an appointment with Oasis to adjust our sprinkler heads in the our yard but on the day that they were supposed to arrive at 8:00 am they sent me a text that they were on their way within 60 minutes. Well by 10 am I called their office to find out why they had not shown up and they said they made a mistake about the appointment and could I wait till after lunch to have them come for the appointment. I don't have all day to wait for them to fix their mistakes. So the owner called me back at 10:30 upon my insistence to say that they would be here in about 20 minutes but at 11 am still no one showed up. Waiting for 3 hours for an appointment is totally unacceptable for me and even though in the past we had used them with good results this time their customer service was totally lacking and they did not seem to know that their technicians were not keeping their scheduled appointments. Why should I have to keep calling to find out why no one came to do the service. Unfortunately I will have to find another company to handle this for me. Appointments should mean something.

The Oasis landscaping team is the best in Atlanta. After multiple bids, we went with their business because they seemed the most fair and had the best ideas for our project. They cleaned up after themselves and have even been available to answer questions and offer assistance after the initial job was complete. Thanks to Kevin, Brian, and the rest of the Oasis team! We've used Oasis for anything & everything needed in lawn care, and we've been consistenly impressed and pleased. Ross Day is professional, knowledgable, and meticulous to detail. Not only have we used Oasis for a major overhaul clean-up, weekly maintenance, installing new flower beds, repairing broken irrigation, etc., but Ross demonstrated how exterior lighting can enhance our yard, and we are completely satisfied. The overall service and customer care doesn't compare....Jen Passilla

I would recommend almost ANY other lawn maintenance service in Atlanta over these guys. The crew can be relied upon to do the bare minimum, nothing more. Communication to the crew supervisor is routinely ignored. Price is at a premium. After 2 years, we are finally moving on to another company. Buyer be ware!

I used to focus on getting a cheap rice on my landscaping, which saved me 100 dollar per month, but mass my yard whole year. Now I really enjoy the service from Oasis. Ross and his team are very professional. They definitely know what they are doing. Great job! Oasis. Victor Wang

I just recently switched from a landscape company to Oasis for maintenance...and couldn't be happier. Ross and his guys are everything I was looking for. From the quick responses and communication to the appearance of my yard, Oasis and Ross have proven to be a quality and reliable landscape company. I will not hesitate in recommending them to others!

I would like to thank Oasis for a great job in my yard. Recently the company completed landscaping and an irrigation system at my home. Under the direction of the landscape architect, the project was completed on time and on budget. Oasis did everything the promised to do. The crew was professional, attentive, and neat. The project was a complete success. I would recommend Oasis for any and all landscaping projects.

Oasis Landsapes recently designed and implememted a gorgeous landscape for me! Landscape architect Matt Summa met with me to discuss my needs and desires for a complete renovation of my yard. He was professional, courteous, and respected my requests and concerns. The work was done in a timely manner by a experienced work crew. Each crew arrived on time and completed their task to my satisfaction. Neighbors who stopped by asked about the company so they, too, could improve their landscape designs. I look forward to the "Yard of the 'Month" thanks to Matt's design and the excellent work of Oasis!

I spoke with Matt at Oasis and we discussed tree removal, new shrubs, a new paver patio and the installation of a walkway with steps. Plus I wanted a ceiling under my deck to keep that patio dry from rain. He arranged tree removal experts and they were amazing. They removed five large trees which hung over my house, my deck and my neighbors house. Matt and his team put in a beautiful paver patio and a great pressure treated wooden walkway with numerous steps up a steep hill. They finished off with shrubs and grass seed...it looks great and we satisfied customers. Matt also arranged Aqua Drain to install a ceiling under our deck to keep our covered patio dry. They used top notch materials including heavy duty gutter and downspout. Big improvement from slab to room like feel. We are very happy with all the contractors and all the crews. Matt did a great job with planning, budgeting and directing the entire project. I would call on him again..

My recent experience with Oasis was everything I hoped it would be. The quality of work was incredible and it was a pleasure working with the salesman and crew. I look forward to doing more work with Oasis in the spring. Thanks Oasis!

Within the last year I did over $30K worth of work with Oasis. My experience with them was horrible to put it kindly. From quality of support and overall work, timeliness, honesty, and warranties they failed over and over on all fronts. If you're reading this and saying, "this guys is just one of those complaining types" consider this fact. I have written two, yes 2, bad reviews in my entire life. This experience was just so bad it would have been wrong of me to not warn others.

I had a consult on Monday with Ross who promised to e-mail a design for my small front yard that night or Tuesday. When I didn't hear from him by Wednesday, I called the office and left a message for him to call me. I didn't hear from him so I called again on Thursday, and Ross said he had about 30 more minutes of photo shopping to complete on my design, and that I would have the design that evening. I finally received the design on Friday via e-mail. When I first saw the design I was shocked. My budget ($7,000) was what I believed to be extremely workable and provided for nice landscaping and design. The design looked like the work of a 13-year old (at best)! When I spoke to Ross and told him of my disappointment and his failure to include items we had talked about, he said he was sorry that he failed to refer to our initial consult and that he would work on adding to the design the items we talked about. At this point, I deemed his ability totally unprofessional and told him that I would no longer need his services. BEWARE!

We're very sorry to hear this customer was disappointed with our work. We strive to provide excellent and timely service to all of our customers, and we apologize for the delay in response. In this particular instance, customized and computer-generated professional renderings of the final project were submitted to the customer. We are upset to hear she was disappointed with the final outcome and our work, and we have attempted to reach out several times to rectify the situation.
