basically went back and forth for 3 weeks got run around and I finally called another company who came and fixed it the same day. tech had to come out twice before they could determine what parts were needed and then didnt keep to appointed times and was treated rude on phone by girl in office, wherever that may be, since on number they called from was from Dallas. I asked to speak to a manager she said she would have them call me and no one ever did. got charged service call for first visit and he didnt even do anything.
