The staff here was extremely friendly and seemed to love the animals. The price is right. However, one of my two dogs that was boarded here got an infection in one of the pads of her paws after we picked her up, and after talking to the vet, we found that a possible cause was that it became infected when she was standing up with her paws on the fencing of her run. It's possible it happened from some other cause, but I won't be taking her back there. My other dog had no problems, and I imagine this is because she doesn't get as nervous when she's boarded.

I took a tour of the boarding area, and left my dogs there for a weekend, against my better judgement... The kennels are cement floor, about 3' wide by 8' long, and I don't believe they are cleaned very well. My dog is clean usually and sleeps in my bed, but when I recieved her back she had mats in her hair and stank. The play area is astroturf, so I think she was confused and went to the bathroom in her kennel due to lack of grass. Not a very humane place based on my experience, but the cheapest around.

I boarded my dog here for sometime. At first she seemed happy, then it seemed like they were not taking proper care of her. She had scrapes on her the last couple of times I picked her up. I started to question her care. I would not recommend taking her here! They are more concerned about the money and less concerned about your pet!

We have boarded our dog here twice now and he seems a lot less traumatized with this operation than he has at other kennels. He ofcourse would rather be at home and doesn't understand, but the people at the pet hotel are really nice and you can tell they love pets. They give a great bath at a good price too. Their rates and service can't be beat!
