Only half of my order showed up. I was promised for the next week and they didn't deliver. Won't return phone calls - food was in a van with no air and food not fresh - overpriced but very quick to charge your card

I personally handed this customer her 2 mixed boxes and two fruit boxes on this date at 10 am in the morning. The boxes were cold and I know for a fact - fresh and the quality was great. The only missing item in this customers order was a jar of jam which we no longer carried. She was informed this by phone and I have record of the call. 95% of her order was complete. Ginger Little was given a total credit of $172.00 - complete cost of her produce. Obviously, we would not do business with her again. I feel she is looking for ways to get free handouts and scam businesses. Ginger Little will not return any calls to us. She made no calls to us about the produce that day or that week. She simply disputed with Visa. I can't express the dishonesty and non truths that this customers feels is right by her. It is not the way we do business at Off the Vine. Shana Wolf
Be prepared to pay a lot more than usual. If your into a hippy veggi co-op then give this place a try.

Hi Stacy, Again, we are sorry that you were not pleased. You received a small box ($44.00 plus 14.00 delivery fee)of 100% USDA certified produce with 15 different items in it. The only time you order from us your received a cantaloupe, 6 peaches, carton of strawberries,a carton of blueberries, cranberry beans, 4 ears of bi-colored corn, romaine lettuce, redleaf lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, vidalia onion, slicer tomatoes,Yukon gold potatoes and Diakon raddish - 14 of the 15 items from local farms. Our goal is to support local farms and their efforts and give everyone the ability to eat fresh, local organic produce without going from store to store or place to place to try to find such great produce. We feel our value is very good, our produce is the best and the freshest around. We even gave you a $6.00 credit for your potatoe issue. So even though we want to please everyone, we just can't sometimes. We feel the farmers and their efforts and our efforts to bring this great produce to our customers is resonable and valuable when you look at the many farms we buy from and the amazing effort that goes into growing near perfect food! Best of luck with your quest and keep eating fresh!Shana Wolf
I have been a member of several veggie co-ops. When they deliver, like this one does, it's great! I recommend it.

Thank you and we do believe that we get what we pay for! We bring you pesticide free, locally grown organic produce from hard working farmers. Thanks for your support!
We have been using Off the Vine for a while now for our produce. The food is always fresh and much tastier than you can get at the store. We suggest that others give them a try too.

We thank you for eating fresh with us and supporting organic produce! Shana Wolf
Just wanted to update my original review. We have gotten several deliveries and I can't complain - the veggies are so fresh that sometimes they last WEEKS in the fridge. I just made a salad and used a green bell pepper that I received more than 2 weeks ago and it was still crisp and delicious. The produce was in greater quantity than I expected. Everything was fresh and looked beautiful. The variety was great and gave us more options than we would have selected on our own. We received several kinds of fruits, variety of lettuces, veggies, corn etc. Everything we have eaten was ripe. In fact, the peaches and mangos are so ripe that you can eat them and they just melt in your mouth with sweetness. And the strawberries we get are DIVINE! Love it! Totally worth the money... They are also very patient when you want to make changes like we did when we went out of town or if you no longer want to receive a certain item.

We thank you very much and thanks for helping to support our local farmers! Shana @ Off the Vine
Just got my first delivery and so far I am impressed! It's a good variety of fruits and vegetables, and included some things that I don't often think to get at the grocery store. I'm sure we'll be eating better as a result.

Thanks for eating FRESH with us! We appreciate your comments and look forward to bringing you Georgia's great summer produce. Cecilia @ Off the Vine
We get a bushel basket of fresh fruits & veggies delivered every other Wednesday. It's reliable & a real treat. We can't wait to see what's in the basket. You don't get to select what you get but you can tell them what you don't want. Very accommodating. They recycle the baskets. It's a great deal!
