It's probably a function of them knowing they have nearly no competition, but the staff at this location (I won't generalize, because I've not used other Kinko's in Atlanta) have the worst attitudes and do absolutely nothing to make their customers feel valued. They are curt, and make it painfully obvious that they will do the absolute minimum required to get your money.

I've had negative experiences at this location more than once. The service has NEVER been noteworthy, in fact most times I leave frustrated. Is anyone trained to work a copy machine? I almost always end up doing everything myself. Would not recommend... and the parking is terrible.

They do a nice job in general, but I have occasionally had to wait longer than seems reasonable. Parking is tight unless you can find a spot on the street down by the side of the building.

While the employees are friendly and service is quick, the workers need more training in how to handle various file types and to deal with unusual graphics problems that arise. I have had problems twice with the graphics on finals of business cards I had printed at this location.
