Let me start by saying that I am not a steak person. The reason is most steaks are not good cuts. Norm's Olde Mill Steakhouse has exceptional cuts. This is one of the few places I will order steak. Tender, juicy, delicious steaks. On top of that the service is fantastic, if you are lucky you will have Marvin as your server. If you live in this area make a trip to the Ole Mill, you wont be disappointed.

I had the most tender steak ever. It was very well and cooked medium just like I like it. My service was good as well. I would definitely go back here and Im bringing a crew with me.

Have lived less than 2 miles from this place for a year and decided to finally try it and placed a carry out order. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, showed up in 20 minutes and still waited an additional 6-7 once I got there (and this was on a Sunday with maybe 4 tables busy). Was told I could wait for bread to be ready in an additional 6 minutes, but I declined. Got home to a chewy sirloin for myself and wife's $23 filet was ordered medium and it was WAY overcooked (think hockey puck). Make sure you have salad dressing at home too b/c they only give you about 1/2 oz per salad ordered. Mashed potatoes reminded me of those served in school cafeterias, but I'll admit that the baked sweet potato w/ spread they give was quite tasty. Total bill was $45 for take out (no drinks) and I was highly dissappointed. May try for lunch since that menu seems more reasonable and may try a fish selection for dinner down the road, but if I want a steak I'd rather get it from a known national chain for better selection, price, and taste. That or pay a little more for a top steak house selection. Seems like Windy Hill location gets better reviews, so maybe owners or management are different.
