I have shopped @ this store before with no problems. Today I went to purchase a toilet seat & then saw a nice new stroller for $25.00 I liked it and purchased it, after I got home & picked my mail Walt-Mart flyer had the same stroller for $18.99 I called the store immediately 1 hour after my purchased I spoke with Lisa the person that took care of me at the store and explained my situation, her answer was they only can give $$ back on clothes all other items are store credit only I explained I did not want store credit and if it was possible to lower the price on the stroller, she said no this is a brand new item. I asked for manager and of course Lisa told me she was not there. She told me the receipt explains their return policy, I said to her that is not fair if they have a strict return policy for some items they need to tell the costumer before they buy not after. I basically was told read you receipt this is what we can do for you after we took your $$. This is a store that is supposed to save people $$ and their items are not much lower than the regular stores.

When I tried to sell them new and brand name stuff they didn't buy it because...I don't know, although they had things that were in very bad condition for sale. They seem very unfriendly, and gave me the feeling they were doing me a favor by buying my stuff. I would rather donate my kids things to friends or children that could really use them instead of selling them to OUAC for $10.

The staff was pretty unfriendly. They did not greet me, although I was one of only 3 people in the store. But more importantly, I found their prices on used items to be only slightly less, and sometimes HIGHER, than similar NEW items at other stores. I will not buy a basic, USED onsie for $4-$5 when I can get 4 NEW ones for $10 elsewhere. NOT a good value to purchase from this store.
