Initially when I submitted my application it was via internet and they took more than 3 days to contact me, I had to call and follow up on my application. At first, customer service was awesome, they treated me like... Well I was speechless, I was very satisfied with their service. Months after I had questions about my loan, I was looking into refinancing and the same man who had given me great customer service was short with me and would always have an excuse when I called him, he always promised to call back and he never would, I would consistently call him and he would sound annoyed that I would call him alot. Every time he would always say, sorry our system is slow or down, I cant help you but I will call you back. YEAH RIGHT! I cant deny that they helped me out alot but I'm not sure what happened that they were not so helpful all of a sudden. Going back to refinancing, I called the guy and again he promised to call back and never did, I was wanting to see if I qualified for a bit more of cash, I never mentioned to him an amount because he didn't allow me to get to that part. I gave up and did not continue to attempt to increase my loan, days later I get a denial from them stating that I was denied for a personal loan of close to $10,000 !! I have attempted to contact the manager of that site to complain and see what the heck they did with my information and guess what.... no luck yet! Good Luck to the next victim.
