My car is still in service 11 days and now after telling me the second time they found the problem.No one ever calls back.Worst customer service I have ever had in my life dealership run poorly management could care less. wonder why American car companies are struggling,these guys are a perfect example of how not to run a business

I have purchased several cars through out the years from Orange Buick and their sales staff is the best. Their service department is also outstanding.

The service was professional and courteous. I could've found a less expensive mechanic, but I was happy with my service. I would return to the service department for another repair.
