Local pizza joint serves up good times, garlic breath and Chicago-style pizza.
Bring the whole family to this original Chicago-style pizza joint that serves award-winning thin crust, stuffed and pan pizzas to the sounds of Sinatra, Martin and Big-Band music. Oregano's unique menu includes delicious and original tastes, wings, pastas, salads, sandwiches and The Original Pizza Cookie dessert.
2 weeks ago my family and I(a group 7) went to Oreganos to have dinner for my birthday. We arrived at around 6:30pm and while seeing everyone else getting seated we waited over an hour and were still not seated, our order for drinks where never taken, which is unusual. We finally requested to speak with a manager who was extremely RUDE stating "I'm trying my best to find you a seat! I have been doing this for 14 years I know what I'm doing!" Then walked away, After his rude statement, we decide not to wait any longer. After being a long term customer I have never experience such bad service, most likely I will not return to this location.

Oregano's is a favorite with ASU students; its most often crowded, which is a reflection of the good food. Unfortunately, they don't take reservations, so the wait can often be over an hour.

I'm getting to the point where i only like thin crust pizza, not the soggy stuff advertised as new york style, but crispier italian type pizzas. I really liked what I had here. Don't overload with toppings though. You'll sog it up!

never been disappointed eating at this Oregano's. The favorite place to sit for me and my family is outside. It's private, large enough where elbows don't bump and the energy of a college town is always positive. Of course, the food is always excellent, you get so much of it with any order we always have leftovers boxed. My favorite is the cookie . . . it's worth waiting in line for.

I hate to admit I'd never had a deep dish pizza before. Until it got to the table I had mentioned I really did not think we had ordered enough food. What a novice I was! The pizza's here are awesome, and filling to the max. Try to save room for at least one bit of the Pizzookie---trust me, it's a must do dessert.

Casual and fun dining experience with a great slice of pizza. We order the "slice" of pizza and "Oregano" salad and feed 3 people. Sometimes we top it off with the "pizza cookie"!

There is usually a pretty long wait to eat here, but it is sooo worth it! And make sure to save room for dessert, or stuff it in somehow! The big ol' ravioli is amazing! The staff is always friendly and usually good for a laugh or two.

We really enjoy Oregano's in Tempe, but you have to get there early if you want to get a seat. Thier pizza is really good. I would only hope that they build one in Mesa so we don't have to drive that far. But until then we will continue to drive that far, because it's worth it.
