Dan has done numerous projects for me over the years. Initially, he did the landscaping for my house. We were very pleased with his design, and he did an excellent job listening to what we want to accomplish and suggested very good changes. His team performed this task perfectly, on time, and of excellent quality. A year later we had Dan do our brick paver patio. Again, Dan listened to what we wanted to accomplish and suggested some designs. His team knocked it out of the park and did a very large project in the course of a week working tirelessly. His team always showed up on time, worked very hard, listened to any concerns we had, made good on the spot decisions, and just did an all-around great job. Since that time, I've had Dan perform numerous maintenance tasks, including re-sanding the pavers and installing mulch. While I only wanted the pavers to be re-sanded, Dan's team went above and beyond all expectations. His team didn't just re-sand the pavers - his team redid certain portions of the pavers that had moved slightly (all pavers do this - especially over the course of five years). His team even spotted some issues that I didn't and fixed them without any issue. The price he charged for this was so reasonable that I asked him if he wanted more money for the excellent work he and his team did. Being an honest businessman, he stuck to his original estimate even though I know he spent much more time than he should've.

Caveat Emptor. Never, ever go with a business until you check it out on the various websites (such as this one), or, the BBB. We'll never make the same mistake twice as this experience with Orlandi was by far, in the end, one for the memory bank. I would not recommend this company to anyone, no one, and nobody. This companies ranking at the BBB-SE Michigan is the bottom of the barrel, a straight line "F". Check the comments, they are all true. Nice in the beginning, service is OK during the installation-a few issues of timliness and effort but could dismiss, but then try and get him out for your 1 year warranty review. He'll tell you all sorts of stories to delay, and them WHAM-you have dead tree's, bad landscaping and poor grading and you find your yard sinking (and worse), and he'll never return. Then he yells at your spouse and what do you have in then end. Poor over expensive landscaping and a contractor that will not return your calls. Look out Small Claims Court.
