1. Osborne work was less than satisfactory after 10-11 weeks I get the car back with 3 Issues (Unacceptable) a. I got the car back with small chips on the inside window tint b. Gas door was stuck (Had to get Dealer to fix issue out of pocket) c. Dent on my driver's side door at the bottom. (No Resolution) i. My confidence in Osborne to fix my car correctly is very low and I cannot afford to waste more time and effort with them at this point. They lost a customer for life 2. Osborne doesn't care about the customer a. They pointed out issues (Minor Issues that I didn't notice) with prior work from another body shop but didn't tell you they would charge a higher rate for the "re-repairs" b. After the insurance company refused to pay for the re-repairs the best Osborne could do nothing for me to resolve c. Finally, after Brent from Jim Ellis provided a solution that worked for me Osborne had my car for 7 more weeks and could not give me an estimate on how long it would take to fix. d. I asked for ETAs frequently and missed promised delivery time 3. Questionable Business Practices a. The estimate went to roughly $1300 from GIECO then $10k initially from Osborne then finally $24K after the car was repaired!!! b. From the beginning I told Osborne not to start work on the car until we know how everything is being payed (in writing) They did not listen c. After I made my last complaint about the dent in the door I can't seem to get someone to contact me since.

Osborne body works did a great job with repairing my car. My front bumper and light were damaged and they did an amazing job with replacing them. My car looks almost brand new! Their staff is very friendly and professional and they strive to make sure that their work is flawless and I really appreciated that. They also did an amazing job with updating me as they were working on my car. Would definitely go there again if there are any more issues with my car

When my Jetta was hit by a Semi truck, I thought it was never going to be the same. From check in to pick up, my experience was excellent. Wonderful customer service! And my car looks brand new!

I am a repeat customer of Osborne Bodyworks, having used their family-owned-and-operated facility twice now for vehicle repairs. Shane and Sherry, while owners, have a hands-on approach to every vehicle entering their shop and treat them as if they are their own. Osborne balances its unmatched expertise with outstanding customer service. My vehicle has left their shop both times looking better than even in its pre-damaged state. From the complimentary bottled water upon entering to the Osborne-branded air freshener at delivery, Osborne Bodyworks does all of the little things right and goes out of their way to make the vehicle repair process as pleasant as it can possibly be. State Farm was an absolute disaster to work with and I would advise all who read this review to steer clear of that company as best you can. Osborne puts their customers first and worked with me to expose the corrupt and faulty practices of such a pitiful insurance company. Osborne labored just as much on the telephone with the bozos at State Farm as they did repairing and detailing my vehicle. A first-class experience all around.

Osborne Bodyworks was very professional. They provided me with additional information regarding body and collision shops, which assisted me in making an informed decision as to where I wanted to bring my car. I trusted them with my car immediately. They did a fantastic job on my car. I had other scratches on my car and they offered to touch-up the scratches at no charge if I provided the paint.

I can't say enough positive things about Mr. Chris Allen and the Osborne Bodyworks team. They helped me in my situation by taking care of son's 2006 Elantra bumper repairs in a timely manner even when I could not get my car insurance company to schedule the insurance certify car damage adjuster to estimate the damages. The insurance pretty much told me that I had to wait three weeks before they could schedule the an adjuster estimate the damages and start the repairs. The Osborne team went above and beyond by calling my insurance company and coordinating all the paper work required while repairing the bumper and the wheel damages. Do yourself a favor, if you need any car work go see the guys at this auto body shop. I can't recommend them enough. I will hate for my family or me to be in a car accident again, but I would definitely return for any future work. Thanks Osborne Bodyworks for getting my car back up and running and looking better than before!

Thankful the dealership directed me to Osborne Body Repair. The fact they are certified to repair VW made a difference knowing the car would be correctly the first time. Everyone here very professional, informative and courteous. They past all expectations. Very pleased!!!!

I took my Volkswagen Tiguan here by recommendation after I got in my first wreck. Not only were they professional, but they really educated and comforted me through the whole process. I had extensive damage of which they repaired impeccably and in a timely manner. The best part is their values, they are a pro-consumer shop. Everything they do is in your best interest. If you want, they will only put on original parts. They truly are fighting for you against the crap insurance companies try to pull. You are in great hands with people who truly care, and they do an amazing job at that...my car looks brand new!

I was looking through Kudzu and saw a bad review on Osborne Body Works. I am also in the collision business, and have visited his facility recently. I find it hard to believe any bad reviews, as he has very high standards and quality. I've learned a lot about bettering my own business by seeing how he runs his own.

I never been in an accident before so I was new to this..Took my 2014 ram 1500 for what should of been an easy repair to the side bed panel..Took them over 3 weeks to get it done and didn't do a good job..to the untrained eye it looks fine but to have paid over 4200 dollars in cost I would have expected an excellent job...For the job they performed I could have got it done for a fraction of the cost..bottom line they talk a good one but they really just lie to your face!
