Greetings to everyone who seeks a friendly local man in the Springfield Missouri area willing to help you with your residential care needs. All of you who read this will be totally blessed for I can only make you believe my words with the proof of my works.

I am willing to negotiate my services on the utmost fairest level. I only charge for the actual overhead costs, and I leave it up to your heart as to the wages of my labor. I have extensive experience as the maintenance assistant for.. a long term care health care facility in Grand Haven, Michigan, which was my former stomping grounds.
The following services I am willing to perform are lawn care and landscaping, snow removal(he-he but when remotely happens), indoor and outdoor painting, housekeeping and cleaning carpets, car washing and waxing, running errands, moving furniture, powerwashing gutters and walls, minor repairs of household fixtures, cleaning gutted out homes, and setting up seating for weddings, parties, and family reunions.
I will do my utmost best to make sure you are completely satisfied, and will not let you pay me until so.
