POW!'s 7000-square foot facility offers several different martial arts and a full fitness schedule. This mixed martial arts university and fitness facility offers the following classes: krav maga, kickboxing, boxing, self-defense, Brazilian jiu jitsu, cardio-kickboxing, jump rope training, sports conditioning and yoga programs.
