This company was recommended to me by my local pool company to my hot tub. I purchased this hot tub from my next door neighbors. (Directly next door). Prior to his arrival we were promised a turn key move at a set price. All he did was move the hot tub, yell at his employees, and was not informative. He did not clean or set up as promised over the

I never write reviews but I think this is the one time that I feel it is necessary. If only I had read someones review that would have stopped me from using this company! My family purchased a pool at the end of APRIL. We bought it early hoping to have it in by the time school got out. I am a teacher and am at home with my kids all summer. We bought the pool from Recreational Factory Warehouse in Atlanta and they were awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone. When we bought the pool we were given the name of ProAtlas to install the pool. They came out to the house at the beginning of May but it was too wet to grade. That was fine. No one can help what the weather does! After that it has rained off and on all summer. It has been dry many times but no one ever came back. Every time they said they would come, they would not show up and then it would rain again. At this point on JULY 17 we have been told we are at the top of the list and NEXT. Someone called last Sunday and said they would be here Thursday or Friday. I knew immediately that it meant at least Friday. It dried up and its ready so my husband called yesterday and tried to get them to come out today...after all, we are at the TOP of the list right?? NOPE. They have it scheduled again for Friday and it is supposed to rain tomorrow afternoon. I hope that if you are reading this that you think twice before using this company. We have been very unsatisfied and we are very easy to please. My summer

These guys were so good. They moved a pool table from one house to another about 35 miles away. They came in, took it apart, moved it, and put it all back together fairly quickly. They spent about 20 minutes just leveling it, making sure it was perfect. That just shows how meticulous they were. THey then used some beezwax to straighten out the slate even more, then they blew-dry it and re-applied to felt. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. The guys Brandon and Filip were so good. They were also about $200 cheaper than another company I got an estimate from (Mark the Mover). I found them because they are the company that Rec. Factory warehouse exclusively uses.
