    Management is horrible!!

    The management team are unresponsive. Examples of problems - a mugging/murder on the property last year, people walk thru (and this is a gated apt community), roach infested. They won't keep promises made on lease for cleaning/replacing carpets or painting. The junior member of the management team (I won't name her here but her name starts with an S) at least will call you back but doesn't really do anything for the tenants except push paper around and drop you letters! The manager (R) is unaccessible and struts around like a peacock. They substitute talk for action and mostly are there to collect rent.

    Paces Park lost my package - No responsibility

    I have been living in this apartment for over 2 years now and I lived with good neighbours and location. But the incident that just occurred has made me so bitter that I had to write it down somewhere - After office, I went to the leasing office to pick up my package but they told me that it is not there. Upon calling UPS they confirmed they had delivered to the right address and somebody named DOBBS had signed for it. I called my leasing office again and inquired about it, the lady there said she does not have any package for me in the leasing office. I asked her who DOBBS is and she said it is her! I asked her then where is the package and she said she does not know! After that I called up the owner of the Paces Park Apartments, the Investment Realty LLC. I talked to a lady called Lisa and told her the problem. She said that she will get back to me after talking to DOBBS. I called t-mobile meanwhile and asked them if they can trace the phone in the package. They told me that it is not in use as yet. Evening comes, no call from Lisa. I walk to my leasing office again in the hope that they will at least be a little responsibility towards the loss. Instead my attention was brought towards the lease. They told me - "According to the lease, we are not responsible for your package loss". I just walked out. So t-mobile has sent it, UPS delivered and DOBBS picked it up. But DOBBS is not responsible for it and hence I have lost my package.
