I had a legal problem not too long ago, and rather than get into the details because I want to keep them and who I am private, all I'll say is making it public would have been extremely embarrassing. The longer the matter took, the more likely word would've gotten out what was happening, so I needed a law firm that would handle the matter quickly and discreetly. The attorney I met with at this firm understood these to be my priorities from the start, and was honest about the fact that keeping this under the radar would not be easy, especially when attempting to get it resolved quickly. Basically, he told me what I needed to hear instead of what I wanted to hear. In the end, I got exactly what I had hoped for - a quick, quiet resolution that didn't cost me an arm and a leg for the legal fees. It was an incredible relief to put that issue behind me, and although I hope I never need a law firm again, if I do I won't hesitate to contact Kerry Steigerwalt's Pacific Law Center.

I can't think of a worse way to spend my money than on lawyers. Unless I need one. And I did a while back. I had a problem that got me into financial and criminal trouble and even though I 'd like to blame everyone else, it was all my fault. I put myself and my family at huge risk just because I was irresponsible. I went to a couple of law firms and they wanted a lot of money (which I don't have) up front and I didn't really feel comfortable. I noticed the Kerry Steigerwalt Pacific Law Center ads on television and went to the web site and noticed Steigerwalt had just won a double-acquittal in a big murder case. That impressed me so I made an appointment, went in and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very professional, they did my case for a lot less money and with a LOT less dough up front than the other firms I talked to and my case was resolved very quickly (the other lawyers predicted things would drag out -- which means they would get to charge more) and better than I thought it would. The Pacific Law Center lawyers are apparently very well-connected with prosecutors and judges which seems to be very important. They also worked out a deal with me to help me clean up the financial mess I was in because of the trouble I got into. Again, their staff was very well connected with lenders and I was surprised at how fast things went.

We went in for a consultation and walked out with a bad feeling from them. The intro form only focuses on much money you have in savings, payment plans, and how much you bring home a month. They don't even assess your case before trying to get your money. Poor service, pressure to sign contract, and could not fully explain what the fees will include. You never see or talk to a lawyer just their admin. DO NOT USE they only want your money.

I had nothing but problems while trying to get my case handled by Pacific Law Center. Their customer service is horrible and they can't communicate effectively with the client or other attorneys. They didn't even file the paperwork with the court correctly. I had to go back time and time again without so much as an apology for having to miss a full day of work. If anyone asks, never use Pacific Law Center.
