My daughter wanted to treat my wife to Mother's Day dinner and called to make the arrangements. After taking her credit card data, the manager said they did not take credit cards over the phone. When asked why he had then taken the info over the phone, the manager began yelling and hung up. I believed that there must have been a misunderstanding, and I drove to the restaurant to see what was wrong. The manager began yelling at me, in front of other customers, and became very belligerant. Needless to say, Pacific Spice lost a long time customer. The addage "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" doesn't apply there.

Pacific Spice has an interesting mix of Chinese, Thai, and Japanese. Sushi nights are cool, and their Tom Yum soup is just amazing. Definitely worth my money.

I've ordered from pacific spice several times and last night will be our last time. Part of our order was missing (sauce) so we called up requesting a credit for that part of the order. They insisted they bring a replacement and we were going to return the one item that came without the sauce - we agreed. A minute later we get a call back and were yelled at saying the item was in the bag (which it was not!). They again arranged to bring a replacement as long as we give them the part of our order that was missing the sauce. The delivery guy showed up and didn't have the food in hand - instead asked to see all of our boxes. Naturally, we did not invite him in our house, but offered the food back to him and he was still arguing with us. I left the front door to go call the resturant again and he apparently finally decided to get the food from the car. Ridiculous! We will not be ordering from them again.

We live across the street from Pacific Spice and are glad to finally have a nice restaurant to go to close to home. The food is great, the selection is great, and the service is good.

We live about 3 minutes away from Pacific Spice, and I have to say that this has been the best new addition to the neighborhood since we arrived 4 years ago. They have excellent variety (Chinese, Thai, and Sushi), and nearly everything we've had here has been excellent. I'm normally not a big fan of Chinese food, but Pacific Spice seems to prepare food that has just the right flavors and textures. My wife is thrilled that there is now a place from which to get really good sushi delivered...and they are always extremely fast (they'll say 45 mins on the phone, but they're never later than 25 to our house). The restaurant itself has a nice ambiance, and the staff always seem pleasant.
