My Company booked 15 rooms at this hotel in July 2007. Was very unhappy with front desk staff, concierge was sarcastic and rude...My fiance and I gave it another chance when going back to Vegas for our wedding, April 2008...Once again, I was completely let down. We were delivered a wedding gift and the front desk didn't call for 12 hours to let us know that it had arrived, the room was next to the elevator and smelled like mildew (not worth $389/night or $2/night for that matter.) The final touch was that the hotel sent my wedding gown out to be steam pressed for $90 only to return it to my fiance, in a cheap plastic bag that only went half-way down and my Nicole Miller garment bag is STILL missing. This HOTEL is all hype and once the next hottest thing comes up..this hotel will be out of business. After giving the place 2 try's, I'm done!
