When I moved here from Albuquerque I searched to find something that comes close to the Flying Star Restaurants that I love; Paradise comes closer than anything else in Phoenix. The food is fresh, and the choices are varied and healthy. It's my favorite place here to sip coffee and play on the net.

This is another great - and inexpensive place for a downtown lunch hour. Always busy, we will call ahead our order and it is ready. The manager, Barb, is very responsive to our catering requests for our office, so we order their sandwich platters, salads and fruit bowls quite a bit for office meetings. Best yet - they deliver!

I loved this place, i tried their south western caesar salad and i loved it. It had a nice spice to it which really surprised me because i never thought anyone could spice up a salad. its prices are about $20 for 2 people but its a fair price...

Excellent customer service, must be a requirement for Barbara's team at this Paradise Bakery. They take the time to talk and listen to you. They are very friendly and seem to really care about the customers. What a way to say good-bye to a customer - "Have a Beautiful Day!" When you frequent the bakery they take the time to remember you and what you normally order.

I've always loved bakeries and cafes mixed together. It reminds me of Marie Callanders food but with its own uniqueness. Crowded which I guess is a good thing and the smell of the place, ummmm!

The food is excellent but I never did like cafeteria style restaurants and the tables were cramped. Could be because of all the patrons there for the yummy food though.

You can't go wrong with ordering a sandwich on their fresh bread, or better yet, choose one of their delicious soups (my favorite is their garden veggie) in a bread bowl. The ambience is perfect for this quick lunch getaway.
