My mom and I went in for a treat of main and pedis. She had a super nice young lady and young man who took care of her. She left super happy with her services. I on the other hand left very disappointed. The technician made my experience poor. I had picked multiple colors and expressed to her I wanted to do an accent nail. She suggested I use a better quality polish, I took the recommendation and asked for a color similar to what I had picked. She took every polish I picked even the accent color back. Then gave me a hard time when I requested it. The pedicure looks nice but the manicure is horrible. I am missing polish on the tip and sides of multiple nails with polish that was cracking as I walked out the door. The color is uneven and their are fibers in the polish. The water she put my hands in to soak was cold. She only cleaned up my cuticles not the edges around my nails that are rough. I did mess 2 nails us before even getting out if the chair and felt like I was I trouble about asking her to fix it. Over all I am really disappointed. I don't get manicures because they never last, this one won't last more than a few days for me. The flaws are going to drive me crazy. Sad that a place that looks so nice has such poor quality. I guess you only get a good manicure when you are a regular or spend big $$. I will not be returning. I'm just really disappointed to the point of swearing off manicures all together.

Parisian Nail Salon is amazing! Every time I step foot through the doors I am immediately relaxed. From the ambiance to the amazing services, they have out done themselves. Not only do I love to come get pampered, but my daughter loves to come and get her feet done too! It has become a family affair!

I give nail tech and pedi tech 5 stars each. They both did a fabulous job. I have to give the salon 3 stars however, for the following reasons: 1) Area by pedicure is not well lit. Although it makes for a nice, relaxing atmosphere, the pedi techs don't have good lighting, which is bad for their eye health. They should put a floor lamp by the work are of each pedi tech. 2) the bathroom should have at least one hook or a small table to rest handbags on. 3) Guy at front charged me $37 for Express pedicure. I questioned it and he went to back to double check, then came back and charged me correctly at $20. Honest mistake, I hope, but tells me I have to be on my toes (no pun intended) when I go there to make sure I get charged correctly. He was very nice and non-confrontational, so I give him kudos for his professionalism! I will be back.

They only opened on May 21, 2011, and I have already gone twice. Beautiful relaxing, professional atmosphere with a terrific assortment of choices for polish colors. I had a wonderful pedicure as well as a perfect manicure. They offer a variety of choices of levels of service. I will be back for sure! Welcome to East Cobb!

My first experience in November was great. I had good service and the atmosphere was relaxing with their water feature and spa massage chairs. Because of this experience I came back for Mother's Day as I wanted to get my nails done fore graduation and my MIL agreed to watch my daughter. I got stuck in a corner with no table to place my belongings - so I had to set my purse on the floor. THEN I had to wait for 45+ minutes to be attended to. Noone came to me until I had been in the store for an hour - I watched them seat newer customers and attend to them first. To make me less impressed, my manicure didn't even last 2 day before chipping. I doubt I will be going back.

They have done a very nice job with nails and particularly nice foot and leg massage with pedicure. Respectful, professional, clean... nice atmosphere as well. I go out of my way to go there.

I have been to this salon about 5 times now...Every time with a different person and everytime a good pedicure. Try the hot parrafin for your feet. It's a must.

I love this salon. I got a mani pedi and added a hot stone relexology for an additional $15. I walked away with my sinuses cleared and relief from the back ache I had had for months. They really know what they are doing and I will continue to go back to this relaxing nail spa with wonderful service

I had heard from a friend that I needed to try Parisian Nail Salon and she was right! The minute I walked in someone approached me unlike most salons where they all look up at you and someone says, "pick a color"! I was given a brochure that decribed services, prices for me to decide what I wanted. The salon has beautiful decor and a spa fill to it. They play relaxing spa music...not the typical TV blaring with soap operas! While receiving my manicure, I was so relaxed and the overall experience was wonderful! I had to call a friend and tell her to go also. I am so happy to have this salon in my area and look forward to returning for another "spa" experience!

Kevin does excellent work as well as the rest of the staff. The atmosphere is beautiful and you will feel very relaxed. I have total confidence in the skill sets of the technicians and sanitatized environment.

When I go for a mani/pedi, I go to relax. That doesn't happen often: other customers are rudely talking on their cell phones, listening to their iPods with ear phones so loud that I can still hear the music, TVs playing, etc. Parisian truly offers a spa-like atmosphere where the only sound effects are water fountains and soft music. This was the most relaxed mani/pedi I have had in years. Additionally, Tracy gave me the best pedicure I have EVER had. She didn't rush, and she hit all the pressure points in my feet rather than rubbing in circles for five minutes like so many places do. Parisian is my new nail spa. Parisian is price similar to many Buckhead spas, but it has the right to do so.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise! This salon is outstanding! Water features, supreme decor, high quality pedicure chairs & more than anything else....excellence in employees! This puts any other nail salon (place) in the area to shame. This is going to be "THE" salon of choice for the West Cobb clientele who have been waiting for this a long time. Parisian Nail Salon has brought elegance & much needed pampering to this industry. Congratulations Parisian Nail Salon!!!
