I had a positive experience with Pars Cars. I think in life concerning everything, you MUST have patience and persistence and you will receive quality!! I had a few concerns at first, but the staff is very adamant about their customers satisfaction; not just with the car but the customer service. The GM came out to meet me personally and offered to answer any questions and meet my concerns if need be! The service department wow'd me with assurance and patience. I can be a bit demanding but that didn't phase them one but..they remained positive and professional! The Car is IMMACULATE! Most buy here, pay here companies don't care about the condition of the car under the hood once the transactions are final, but not Pars Cars-at least that wasn't my experience. I have to add that I was doing all of this by myself and NO ONE tried to take advantage of me as a customer!! I urge anyone to be on the offensive and not the defensive when walking in Pars Cars because everyone is truly there to help. Did I mention I LOVE my LEXUS??!! A car I thought I would never qualify for! Thanks Pars Cars

Today i visted pars cars to purchase a 2001 accura mdx it had mold growing under the seats and mold growing on top the passengers seat I didnt to look at a diffrent vechile a chrysler pacfica it had rust on the passanger side. So i said the third time is the charm I looked at a honda suv silver it would not crank THEY ARE FULL OF IT BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
