250 words isn't sufficient to describe how terrible this place is. I'll do my best. The lady kept asking me if I wanted her to cut the sides of my ingrown toenail. Even though I told her to stop because it was too tender, she kept going and cut me pretty hard. She immediately stuck my bloody toe back in the water. A couple of minutes later, she turned up a little bottle of blue liquid and told me it would stop the bleeding. I was hoping it had antiseptic properties, and I was worried about having an open, bleeding wound, so I agreed. It was extremely painful, and she didn't care at all. Not even any kind of apology. After she finished scraping my heels, she just rinsed the little grater and pumice stone in the water and threw them back in her tool box. I was appalled. I guess that's how poorly sanitized they were when they got to me, too. Then, at the end of the "pedicure," I saw that she had charged me $35 instead of $28. When I asked why, she said it was because of the callous remover she used. She said "I told you it was $7 more." Um, no ya didn't. Whatever, I wanted to get out of there, so I paid it and left. So I paid $35 for a crap job to be done and to be cut badly, and maybe a free pathogen to boot. Awesome. I'm freaked out.

Went to Passion Nail Salon for a pedicure...had a great one. Next not so great. Tried a third time: leg/foot massage lasted about 20 seconds each; utensils were taken from cabinet - not sterilized! Foot baths were not sterilized - just rinsed; my friends nail polish was very poorly put on...I wont be returning and for the money ($28 per pedicure), I urge you not to as well.
