I've never really understood the hype about Pat and Oscar's. Their food is a little bit above average. I'm not too fond of their bread sticks, as they just taste like regular bread to me, despite the fact that they have legions of people who praise those bread sticks. Nothing too special. I don't like their pizzas or chicken that much either. Their pasta is average as well. Their food tastes bland to me for some reason. The price is okay though. It's not too expensive, but it's not cheap either. Their food is forgettable. I would say it's mediocre at best. However, the service is always friendly and helpful. Just be careful to dine here during opening nights of movies, as it is by the Edwards Cinema and can get very crowded.

It's hard not to carbo-load at Oscars. Their breadsticks, and the crust of their pizzas are extremely good. They're also very flexible with banquet style dinners, so it's a great place to have casual award banquets or big family dinners.

There breadsticks are to die for! And they are such a sweet, family owned restaurant- they hand out breadsticks for you to nibble on while you wait in line to order! Their greek salad is also really good, but beware- the greek vinigerette has 26 grams of fat a serving!!

Pat & Oscar's has been around as a staple family restaurant for quite a few years. They try to keep it simple, serving pasta, lemon or barbecue chicken, pizza, and their famous breadsticks. They have meals which will feed a family for around $30, and have always had excellent service, no matter which location I visit. Their breadsticks and non-fat vinegar/oil dressing is GREAT!!!

Oscars is a great place! We all love their breadsticks!! Their food is good and cheap - great to just hang out with friends, or to even have a casual meeting.
