I boarded my 16-year old cat with PawPrints for 12 days earlier this month (9/09). My cat had never been away from home before (except for trips to the vet!). I can say without hesitation that once I met Diana and saw where my cat would be boarded I felt reassured and confident that she would be well taken care of. In fact I felt so confident having my cat being cared for by PawPrints I didn't call to check on her until my third day of vacation!! I was thrilled with the boarding suites and how the cats get extra attention during the day. I knew my cat was getting loved while I was away.

It would be hard to top the job that the PawPrints team does. I hate leaving my old dog behind these days. Diana has always taken good him, giving me updates, and even emailing photos of him during my trip. Happy dog, happy dog owner.

Diane has cared for my house and pets for years. Knowing she's in charge while I'm gone has let me relax and enjoy my vacations, and focus on my work when it's a business trip. I get updates whenever I ask, and even a surprise emailed photo of my dog every once in a while.

I travel frequently, and I have entrusted my cats to Diana's care for about 5 years. I have NEVER been disappointed. When I initially contacted Diana, she took the time to come to my home, meet my cats (at first two, and now three!), explained her procedures very thoroughly, and shared stories about her own beloved pets (which made me teary, and showed me that she loves her pets as much as I love mine). And to top it all off, my cats like her, too, and they don't give their stamp of approval to just anybody. Two thumbs (and six front paws) up for Pawprints Petsitting!

My husband and I take a lot of weekend trips and it provided me with immense peace of mind to know that Diana was watching my two cats while we were gone. I would give her a few weeks notice of our trip and she would come and check in on them, feed them, clean the litter box, play with them, and make sure they were comfortable. I recall one weekend that was incredibly hot and she made sure that there were fans on and windows open so that they were comfortable. She would also bring in the mail and make sure our apartment looked "lived in" while we were away. We are moving out of the area and I can only hope to find a pet sitter that provides the same level of service that she does.

I'm really picky about who is in my house and who is caring for my birds. This is the first pet sitting business that cleaned the perches, scrubbed out the food and water cups, and vacuumed the feathers and food debris around the cages. I didn't ask for that to be done, but it's those little things that made me feel like the pet sitter really cared about my birds.

I've had Diana care for my cat since she was a kitten in 1992. She just passed away from cancer at the age of 15. Diana is the only pet sitter I ever used during that time. She was outstanding the last few difficult months when I had unavoidable travel for my work. She followed a strict medication and feeding schedule and allowed my girl to stick around for a little extra time.

I've been using Paw Prints for about a year now. I got a puppy that needed to be potty trained and fed while I was at work. It ended up being a great service. I would have never even considered getting a puppy until I saw that she offers puppy checks. My goofy Weimeriner is all grown up now, but "Auntie Diane" is still coming over when I travel to care for him. It's great to have her in our lives.

I've used Diana to care for my pets since 1997. I've never been disappointed in the quality of her services. Holidays, short notice emergencies, she's never failed to come through for me and my pets. I'm sure anyone that uses her will find out why she's the top rated pet sitter in town.

I had a great experience with Lori, who works for Diana. She was very kind and professional and made me feel totally comfortable leaving my pets with her while I went out of town. I swear my house was even cleaner than when I left it! I would highly recommend Pawprints if you need to leave town. It's also much cheaper than boarding at a quality facility and puts so much less stress on your animals.

I have a cat that is diabetic and needs insulin shots twice a day. I've been hesitant to leave home for more than 12 hours at a time for the last year and a half. It was so great to find PawPrints and know that my cat will get her shots and that the pet sitter caring for her knows the danger signs of a diabetic cat having problems. Diana is a gift to me and my dear cat!!

Diane has taken care of my cats on many occassions. She knows their names, their preferences and, very important to me, she knows how to give them medications when necessary. She likes my animals and they like her. I recommend her with no reservations. Absolutely top of the line! Would never use anyone else but her for in home pet care.

My vet, the local pet store, and groomer all recommended PawPrints. I figured three time's the charm. I really can't say enough about the great care that was given to my dogs and home while I was gone. I looked at the website and saw that they have been named the best pet sitter in town by a number of media resources. You can add me in as another satisfied customer.
