DO NOT TAKE your pet to PAWS & PURRS New Berlin, WI. This woman is illegally running her "business" out of a friends home in New Berlin. This woman allowed our dog to drink some type of rodent poison (because of all the mice in her place), he got a horrible infection necessitating 2 rounds of antibiotics and a steroid injection and resuled in over $200 in vet bills. She had the audacity to say we brought our dog in to her in that condition. The place is disgusting with feces and urine everywhere (which she walks through). She does not have the proper equipment and uses dirty instruments. I won t even comment on how bad the hair cut was. BAD, BAD, BAD. DO NOT GO HERE.

Owner had my dogs for over 8 hours, brought them back to her house without my permission and when we finally got them back (had to pick them up from her house), one looked like she was groomed with a hacksaw and the other one wasn't groomed at all! And even worse he was limping!

My budddies are never locked up so I love that they allow the dogs to play while they wait. They come home happy, looking and smelling great every time. And their prices are very resonable. This is the only place I'll take my dogs.

Bottom line: there are no kennels and my dogs were left unsupervised running around the whole place while the groomer left to go to the store. I know this because I returned about 10 minutes after I left to discuss my concerns with the groomer and she wasn't there so I waited for around 20/25 minutes until she got back and I brought my dogs home right away. I don't know these other dogs and their behavior. A fight could've broke out and my dogs could have been hurt. By the way, she makes you sign a sheet saying that you can't sue the salon if your dog gets injured during rough play, red flag! While the lady was nice and understood where I was coming from, she obviously doesn't know how to run a proper business because even the door was open to the room where the cleaning chemicals were kept. If something fell over and spilled out, the dogs could just walk right in. NOT SAFE!
