Not only are my fur babies treated here, so were the fur babies of my parents and so are the fur babies of friends of mine. I have been coming here for years and completely trust the staff of Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic. The front staff is friendly and always works to get my animal seen quickly, the back staff is knowledgeable and competent, and Dr Jackson is an amazing amazing amazing vet. I can't say enough nice things about this place! I drive all the way from Dacula just to bring my animals here. I think years of experience here should speak volumes - I will stay here as long as we have fury family members.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend. He mentioned to me that they have been taking both of their dogs here since they were small, and that they have specials related to boarding. A program where you can earn free nights. I was excited to here about this as I travel a lot. So I checked them out and took a tour of the hospital. It is an older facility but as I toured the care of the animals showed on all the pets that I did see while there. I went ahead and booked boarding for my boxer, which the process was very informative as to who to contact during an emergency, to proof of vaccines. I was impressed by the questions asked at the check in process. I did have to put down a deposit since I was a new client, but that did not seem out of the norm. I was only out of town for about 10 days. I called every few days to check in on him, as he was not eating well at the beginning but by the time I picked him up he seemed very happy and had started eating very well for the last few days. He had a bath that morning before I picked up which was great and I was informed at check out that I had enough points with the boarding program to have a free night. I will be using them for boarding for now on. I have not used them for vaccines just yet as my pet is currently up to date. But I plan to come back here for that.

My dog was recently overdosed on some pain medication and I was freaking out. She's only a little over a year and I was really worried about the damage that it could cause her. This was the closest vet to my house that was actually open at 7:00am and I rushed her in. The front desk staff was so caring and sincere when I came in and ran her to the back to make sure she was stable. They informed me the doctor wasn't in yet but they would call her to see if she could come in earlier. Dr.Jackson came in early and fit me into her schedule before her surgeries that morning to make sure that my fur baby was going to be okay. She asked me if I was comfortable enough to leave her there for the day for monitoring and fluids and I was completely okay with that because everyone was so nice and caring, they cared for her like she was their own. Dr.Jackson gave me several updates through out the day and even suggested bringing her back in on a Saturday for more fluids. The care I received from this vet was the best care that I have received and I will NEVER go to another clinic again!!! Dr.Jackson and the staff from front office to doctors was AMAZING!!!

This is a very unsafe place for pets! My 5 years old cat died, unexpectedly, after the visit there, it was shocking! Customer care was terrible, they cared more about their image and money than understanding the loss and admitting the responsibility. The general manager never returned my phone call as was promised, and the women who spoke with me on a phone was very defensive and did not have a clue how to listen or understand the emotions of a loss. She constantly kept interrupting me and was very fake. As a professional counselor, I was shocked that an animal clinic has a staff not trained in communication and understanding of a grief. In my opinion, they failed to provide clarity about what was wrong with the animal. They just mainly told me that she is dehydrated and has diarrhea, which was already obvious. Then, they gave her the medication (which I am not sure about its quality) and told me that she will be fine in 3-4 days. Unfortunately, I trusted them. Further testing was casually offered as a next step, but not explained as important to do or to be strongly considered. On a second day my cat died unexpectedly. When I called, they avoided returning my calls for a week, were defensive, and did not offer a decent reimbursement. When I came to talk to them in person, they threatened to call a police if I do not leave. They were too concern that the other customers will hear about my experience with them. I highly recommend to avoid this place!!!

Please price check other offices before making an appointment here! They over- charge for services and add-on unnecessary products and services to pad your bill. After a couple of visits here and ridiculous fees, I found another provider with MUCH cheaper prices and more personal service. I provided the itemized bill of services from this facility to my new vet's office and was quoted a price less than half what Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic charged. You can tell when a vet does what he does for the love of animals, you won't find that here though.

I can't say enough good things about the doctors and the staff at PCAC. They have taken care of our animals since we moved to the area in 1997. They treat us and our pets like family and we think they are family too. The best!

I have been being bringing my pets to PCAC since 2004. In that time, Dr. Jackson has provided my pets with the utmost level of professional and loving care. She is Knowledgable and caring, and truly has a passion for animals. I highly recommend this clinic!

We love taking our pets into Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic. Having 6 dogs and 1 cat over the years, if it wasn't for the wonderful veterianrians we would be lost. Our family knows we can trust them with anything, from unexpected surgery to, boarding the fur babies last minute, and of course helping in the process of adopting our newest member Derby.

Dr. Brothers and her wonderful team, took care of my little Mozart for 13 years. I could not have asked for better care. When it was time for Mozart to be put to sleep, they handled everything in a most respected and kind way, there was not a dry eye in the hospital, everyone loved my Mozart. Now I have Bentley, and again Dr. Brothers is taking great care of him. I have never experienced anything but exceptional and kind service. I recommend this wonderful hospital because they really care for the parents and animals we call our family. Again, Dr. Brothers and her team are the best!

Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic is great. I have several animals and can say that I completely trust these folks to give them the best of care and have for years. Recently one of my animals was quite old and needed special attention, including the occasional emergency situation. Everyone at this facility went well above and beyond the normal response - they are just wonderful. When the time came to put him down I could not have asked for a more caring and compassionate environment. Dr. Jackson and Carly got me through it. I can recommend this facility and it's Doctors and staff with complete confidence and trust.

I was told about this clinic by word of mouth and decided to try them out. I saw Dr. Jackson, and she was amazing with my dog. I found all of the staff friendly and helpful as well. I also appreciated how they just didnt rack up my bill with unnecessary tests and procedures, they were up front and honest and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Peachtree Corners Animal Clinic is a wonderful clinic all the way around. I moved 30 miles away, but still make the drive to Peachtree Corners because I know my pets are getting the best medical care possible. I love that when I walk through the doors, the front office staff know my name, as well as my pets' names. The nurses are very knowledgeable and caring, as are the kennel staff. The quality of medicine is far better than what I have received at other clinics. I will continue to make the drive - it is so worth it!

Used them from 2002 when Dr. King was there. She was wonderful. She left in 2008 and it was downhill since. Took our Schnauzer for his annual and told his eyes watered, but excellent bill of health. Back 2 months later for same thing. Gave more eye medicine. Got 2nd opinion. Said he is going blind and it was determined he was diabetic and had Cushings Disease. Charlie was put to sleep in 2011, many years ahead of his time. Many phone calls and e-mails to Peachtree's administrator, to no avail. No calls, communicate with us at all in 2009.

This place is a joke. I walked in as a first time customer and instead of being greeted, I listened to the receptionists complaining about their fellow employees for ten minutes before they realized I was there. The doctor was rude, and the price was outrageous. Don't waste your time here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I just moved to the area and found them online because my dog needed an appointment. I arrived and was NOT greeted, but instead sat there listening to the lady behind the counter ordering something for herself on the phone for 15 minutes. Finally, I was put into a room where a girl came in and did not even tell me who she was, she left with my dog, came back and then a vet came in. The vet said she would be back with results from his blood test and left. She never came back-I was told on my way out by some other person that the results were ok. I tried contacting a manager so I could find out the owners name and I received an email from a Michelle who said to let her know what the problems were and she would help. I replied that I would rather speak to the owner and she has not responded to my email after 4 requests to respond! AMAZING how this place stays in business. I hope the owner reads this and if you do, please contact me so I can give you full details of what I witnessed. Your managers are not giving me your contact information.
