On a very busy day.....the last thing I needed was a hot water failure. One call to Pell Plumbing and they immediately connected me to Jeff. Jeff assured me that he could resolve my issues and would try to come to the house within he hour. Here I am - not even four and 1/2 hours from my initial call and we have not only a new hot water heater installed - but Jeff corrected the "creativity" of another plumber. Highly recommend Pell and Jeff in particular.

We had a wonderful experience with Pell Plumbing! Jeff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He came out after hours to help us with an ongoing plumbing problem that other companies could not diagnose. We had been dealing with very loud whistling noises throughout the pipes in our home, high water pressure (95 psi) and hardly any hot water for nearly 2 weeks. Within 10 minutes of being at our home, he pinpointed exactly what the issue was and immediately started working on it while explaining to us as he went. It was so refreshing to work with such a courteous professional! He stayed late replacing what he was able to that night and returned the next morning with the necessary tools to finish the job in a very timely fashion. He was mindful of our home while working and offered very fair pricing! Our experience with Jeff was incredible and we highly recommend him!

This is the second time that I have used Pell Plumbing. Both times, they exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I have only had to use them in urgent situations. But in both instances they came came to my rescue and provided excellent and professional service at a reasonable price. The first time was to fix and clean up a flooded basement and the second time was to replace a new gas water heater. If you need a plumber anywhere in Metro Atlanta, I would definitely recommend Pell Plumbing to anyone.

Pell plumbing responded immediately when I noticed water leaking in the basement from my water heater. They walked me through all the necessary steps to stop the leak until they arrived. They replaced a broken valve and made suggestions in the event this would occur again. They were extremely meticulous and treated the job as if it were their own home. I strongly recommend Pell Pluming to anyone in need. I now have their number on my refrigerator.

I woke up to a basement full of water! All of the outgoing pipes were blocked and backed up into the bathtub and washer and out onto the floor. We were pretty sure it was a blockage from the street which is city responsibility..but just in case I called Pell and was put through to Jeff. I explained what was going on and that after the city came I might need to have them come out. I had a few other plumbing issues I wanted an opinion on as well. He told me to just give them a call after the city came. Within 30 minutes, the city got here and there was Jeff pulling up in front of my house as well!! He talked to the city guys, came in and looked at all my issues..and here is the amazing part..even though he could have made money on those issues...he told me the truth and said that they didn't need to be done at this time!!! What?? Oh yeah, and no charge for coming out....he completely helped me out, gave me good advice and he got nothing out of it!! Good Karma is coming his way:) Thanks Jeff! I now have a reliable plumbing company!

Jeff was very professional and answered my calls in a timely manner. He did a wonderful job on my bathroom. He had to replace all the knobs so I could use the shower again. We called due to a slow drain problem in our home. He acted as if he didn't have time to bother with us and was somewhat rude on the phone. We'll take our business elsewhere.

Pell Plumbing has been our plumber for over 10 years! Jeff Pell is reliable and knows what he's doing. He's helped us with plumbing in our 100 year old house and now in our current house which is new construction. He's honest and I can always count on him to respond to requests quickly. I have recommended him to friends & family for years!

We had the main water line break in our basement which flooded everything. I called pell Plumbing and left a message. In less than 2-3 minutes the returned my call and wree at the house in less than 30 minutes. They fixed the pipe and thanks to them we were able to get our showers the next morning for school and work. this all started at around 8:30 pm and was fixed by 9:30 pm.
