Pepboys@Cobb pkwy marietta ga are the worst of the lot. They are not only rude and disrespectful but also are cheaters and dishonest people. Their workshop is full of incompetent half baked workers and managerial staff is full of con artists. Please stay away from this business.

Pep Boys on Austell Rd should be renamed Rip Off Boys. I took my car in and was told it could be repaired in 2-3 hours. I said okay- let's do it even though the price seemed expensive. The problem was supposedly something with CO2 sensors. The parts they said were expensive. The check engine light was on- and this was their diagnosis- the sensors needed to be repaired. 7 hours later I was left with a car that was not driveable and they did not offer me a ride home, supply me a car or offer to pay for a cab ride home. When I got irate that I have no car now, it's my only mode of transportation - they said- "well, can't you call someone?" This was a Friday night at 7pm. They had to get a part from the dealership-which was closed at that hour and while removing a part- they broke the bolt which holds the part in place. So I had to wait the next day for it to be repaired. They said they would knock 10% off the bill for "my inconvenience." That was after they added another 75 dollars to the bill. So in the end that 10% was a 64 dollar savings on a 500 plus bill. I demanded that more be taken off. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service. I was told I would have to talk to the manager Monday morning. Well, on Sunday- my check engine light came on again. I am livid!! The problem has not even been resolved. Monday the manager refused to do anything, wanted to work on the car again. I am not letting these incompetents touch my car ever.

Service manager was rude, discourteous, and argumentative. Not all their prices are competitive with other service/parts retailers. It would pay to shop around before committing. Regardless of their prices, I wouldn't shop there again for car service.
