I was charged over $700 for work that did not fix the problem i was having with my car. They said they may have misdiagnosed the issue but could not refund any of my money. They offered to keep it another day and could maybe do more work. I paid $400 to a local guy and the job was diagnosed and fixed correctly within 4 hours. I'm not surprised to see other bad reviews here. There's plenty of competent mechanics in this town, look elsewhere.

I pulled in at 2:08pm. I asked if I could get my oil changed within 40 mins. James, the mechanic, said no problem "we are not busy at all." The manager is asking me info but 40 mins later I stick my head into the garage and they guy has not started my oil change??!!??? But the manager is in the office talking smack to other customers. And no one there thought to apologize or try to keep my business. Given the other reviews I feel like I dodged a bullet.

I called ahead to ask if windshield wipers for my 98 vw bettle could be pulled, so my wife got get them replaced quickly on the way out work on a rainy morning. The people couldn't relate and just acted like I was dumb for asking. That is not auto service.

Had a really bad experience at this location. I tried to return an item the next day I bought it and hadn't used it at all and they gave me a very hard time. First they didn't accept it because the manager wasn't there so, because I don't know how to argue and didn't want to cry in front of them, I left and came back to talk to the manager the next day. After some uncertainty, he received the item back because he said he could see it had never been used. I hated going through this situation and there shouldn't be any reason for them not to accept the item back.

If you are looking to have this shop work on your vehicle be prepared for a a wait. It can take a while to get some help whether you are trying to get someone to look at your vehicle or if you're there to pick up some parts. The service manager on the other hand seems like a very genuine person and isn't out to take advantage of anyone. The pricing can be a little more than some other shops but from what I've seen you get quality work from the technicians at this site.

The guy who tried to drive my honda into the service bay almost cooked my clutch and actually ran into the car parked infront of mine. Luckily it was a love tap. They gave me the tire I was there to buy for free.

I took my car here a while ago for a new fuel filter. Dropped it off around noon and was told it would be ready by 3pm. Came back at 3pm and saw the car exactly where it was when I dropped it off. Work had not even begun yet. Eventually got it back by 6:30pm.

We took our Honda to pep boys for a tune up and oil change. During the tune up they managed to screw up the timing on the car. fter returning and complaining, they tried to deny that any problems were because of their tune up. Instead they told me that my car had a bad timing belt, even though I had the belt replaced 20,000 miles earlier. The solution was to take the car to another mechanic who did the job right. I cannot stress this enough DO NOT GO TO THIS PEP BOYS! They are out for numbers, and not quality or customer service.
