I took my car to the Purrfect Auto on Sunset because of a strong odor of gas in my garage. When I picked the car up, the speaker on the driver's side had a large hole in it. I pointed this out to the mechanic and they denied any responsibility. When I took the car to the dealer, they said the entire door panel would have to be replaced. Just for the parts it will cost $557, which I am going to have to pay unless I want to live with a hole in the speaker.

I am a young femal whom had my car towed to Perfect Auto and after days of waiting they told me I needed a new computer for my 2004 car. After hearing I would have to pay $1300 for just the computer I then contacted the dealership where I purchased my vehical and they said it was still under warrenty. PerfectAuto still had me pay$350 dollars just for looking at it and was trying to make me pay for the part because they ordered it without my permission. Thankfully the dealership bought the part all though that was not what was wrong at all with my car. Come to find out some plugs had been tampered with and all the dealer had to do is plug them back in.
