REAL experience of the REAL customer. On December 11 2009 I brought my BMW for tire change and alignment. Instead of 1 hour, as promised by the shop manager Mr. Robert Arellano, I've waited for 2 h 45 min. But that was not biggest of a deal. The next day I've noticed a perfectly circular scratch around car's fender which could be done ONLY by tools they're using for alignment. I came to Performance tire and showed the scratch. Mr. Robert Arellano blatantly refused to admit their obvious fault and rectify the problem, using a pathetic reason "I don't know what it is". And what a coincident - my co-worker told me that about 5 years back he had a bad rap with Mr. Arellano when they refused to meet the warranty obligation on his Dunlop tires. I'll never go back or recommend their services.
