Believe it or not, but I even took my 6 months old daughter to see Dr. David Seabold, on Sunday! When I called pediatrician office they told me to take my daughter to Emergency Room, because they are closed. Dr. Seabold has 3 children and took care of my little one just as a pediatrician would. There are three main reasons why my family choose this facility: 1. Professionalism: (same day) get in, get quality help and get out. Always fast and easy. 2. Open 7 days a week and always can count on open late, beyond 6:00PM. 3. The cost ($25.00 co-pay) is a fraction on what I would spend in emergency room ($500.00 co-pay)and once you show up, they (a) know you, (b) have your file and most likely (c) remember you. These days, healthcare cost so much, I want service, savings and hassle free environment. I get all of above and a very clean top notch facility... so if something happens out of ordinary, we think of them, first. I, personally have been here more than 6 times and never regretted. Flue shots, minor colds, allergies.. you name it. The power in knowing who to trust in time of need. That is the secret of our choice.

The receptionist was incredibly rude to me and to everyone else who came in after me. She acted as though she was being put out by having to deal with us at all. I hope the owner of the clinic knows how many patients like me wont be coming back.

I walked in feeling awful, I'd thought I'd have to wait forever like in other clinics, and then leave not having confidence in their diagnosis and not feeling cared for. BUT this was a different clinic experience. They took me almost immediately, I was treated with courtesy, and actually listened to. I know they diagnosed me correctly, because the medicine that I was prescribed made me feel better right away. I'm not in the habit of leaving feedback and commendations, but this clinic deserves it. You saved my life and me and my family will be back!

The lady who is the office manager is the rudest person I have ever encountered. You ask to speak to your OWN doctor and she will tell you you cannot speak to someone else but her, shes the office manager and what she say goes!! If you want to, you can come by and pay the money it costs to visit the clinic and then you can ask any questions even if its a 2 second question to your doctor. They give you some months of refill for a medication and then refuse to send the approval to the insurance company so you can get your refill covered. They tell you you need to come to the office and be 're-evaluated' when they gave you the refills in the first place!!! However if you pay for the medication from your own pocket, then you dont have to visit their rude clinic. Dr. Mansour is a very nice lady, but their staff needs a good degree in Human Services if they got one they got it from GARBAGE university.

This patient made 20 phone calls to us within 20 minutes with threats and demands. She refused to accept the facts of her medical care. Allowing this medicine would cause serious damage to her health/life. Our physicians will always protect patients' well being regardless of negative feedback threat. Out staff often challenged by patients with stress and anxiety due to their illness. We strive to remain calm and courteous to all patients, including the patient above. The medicine demanded was controlled substance that would not be dispensed by a pharmacy in any case: self-pay or insurance.
If you are looking for exceptional customer service, do not visit or event call this clinic. The receptionist/office staff (one woman in particular) is ridiculously rude. I would rather wait in long lines at a hospital than to be treated as if I am insignificant by someone who I am paying for their services. All I did was ask her a simple question about their services and he she gave me nothing but attitude. I have been a patient at this clinic for years, but this one horrible experience with this woman at the front desk just made me never want to go back there. After I tactfully told her that I did not appreciate her attitude and tone with me, she replied "Well you need to find another doctor!" Unbelievable. The doctors/nurses there get a thumbs up but the office staff get a thumbs down. From now on, I will be going to my primary care physician, not this clinic where the office staff treats their clients as if they are unimportant and replaceable.

Perimeter Clinic staff is professional, courteous, compassionate and efficient. Medical clinic is bound by rules and regulations imposed by Federal and State Governments, Medical Boards, Insurance companies. In some cases we are not allowed to execute patients' wishes on their demand thus benefiting the patient well being, health and life. Unfortunately, patient can use negative feedback to vent their frustration that has nothing to do with facts. This patient came back to the clinic several times after this feedback and got excellent medical care that apparently was not available elsewhere.
My wife went to this clinic with a severe cold and was given antibiotics for her sinus infection. Upon arriving home she came down with a fever and it was apparent that she now had the flu. She called the following morning and ask if she could have something for the flu called in. She waited all day and did not recieve a call, finally she called back and the Dr's assistant was a complete b&*$# and did not care about helping what so ever. Good luck if you really have a problem.

The patient received correct medical treatment. Phone call was returned as promised. We called back several times and got a recording each time. The doctor was helping another patient when patient called again. Perimeter Clinic policy: Physician is never interrupted during the visit with a patient unless we have true medical patient emergency on the premises. All phone calls are answered at the end of the day or next day unless emergency situation exist. We regret that we can not render preferential treatment on demand. We try to treat all patients fairly.
I went with a severe back strain, in a lot of pain and the physician I saw refused to write a prescription for a narcotic pain medication. I wasn't asking for morphine or for tons of pills; I just needed a few to help get me over the hump and make me comfortable. She stated she never writes for narcs without first doing x-rays or MRI's which aren't medically necessary for muscle strain. I will not go back or recommend others to go.

OUR PHYSICIANS WILL NOT WRITE NARCOTICS ON DEMAND. IT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ILLEGAL!
Actually Dr. Rikhter is a man. All of the doctors at his clinic are great but he has been my primary care physician for about 8 years. I have to drive a ways in Atlanta traffic to see him but he's well worth the trip. He is patient, understanding, and very easy to talk to. He doesn't just assess the condition & hand me a prescription. He takes the time to carefully explain what he thinks is going on and what he believes is the best course of treatment, while always encouraging me to let him know if I disagree. Dr. Rikhter is the first doctor I've ever had that I know will never discount or dismiss my concerns.

I went to this clinic on a Saturday expecting to wait for an hour and sit in a waiting room of a million folk. To my surprise, they got me in an out in less than 35 minutes. The doctor was extremely nice and the staff were very professional and sympathetic. It was worth my drive! Thanks Dr. Alex Rikhter! You are a special and great lady. We should all have a wonderful doctor like you.
