Please save yourself the headaches and do not use Perimeter Remodeling. We had them install screens on two patios, add stairs to one of the patios, and install undermount rain system to the underside of two decks. The work began 6 months ago and is still incomplete. The work that was done is not quality work--the patio door is hung at a 15 slant and hits the stairs everytime it's opened. There are nails missing on the steps to hold planks of wood to other planks. The owner is a good salesman, but has little follow through on anything he says or is discussed. The crew showed up days earlier than was agreed upon, they don't follow through on their warranty agreement, they didn't know how to build the deck we were purchasing, and when comments were made to our neighbor about how "rich people purchase the underdeck system" and he charges 3 times what it costs, the owner backed up his vendor over his customer. Horriable experience. Do not use.

Hired Perimeter to add a concrete slab and build a screened room with small side deck. First of all, their salesman is exactly that, a salesman, with no real practical construction experience. Took my threat of withholding money to get the job completed to building codes.

Last year I had flooring installed along with other work cited as required by the crew at Perimeter Remodeling. Every room of my home has damage to baseboards, walls and doors. In many places, flooring was not cut long enough to extend all the way to the wall leaving large gaps where the under-layment is visible. Planks with nicks and chips caused by the crew were not replaced even though they were pointed out. A gaping hole was left in my ceiling for a few weeks where my fireplace was removed and the crew doing the floor apparently didn't know how to replace the ceiling. Toe molding was installed finally but they stained it after it was nailed to the wall and smeared stain all over the new floor. The foreman lied about the stain smears to my face but immediately afterward told the worker I 'had noticed it and to clean it up.' Stain covered hand prints also ended up on painted walls. Stair treads were installed but left unfinished with rough edges and I had to advise the crew to stain the treads before installing since they were in confusion over how I was going to be able to get from level to level in my house while the stain dried. Bathroom floors were grouted twice but the grout never cured correctly and planks are uneven and wobbling. The ceramic tile wasn't cut correctly either leaving huge gaps in both bathrooms. This is only a fraction of the damage done to my house. I will be glad to share more details and photos.
Perimeter Remodeling painted exterior of my house. That job was done at a competitive price and was done properly with only a few corrections required. The interior remodel initially consisted of tiling small bathrooms with ceramic floor planks, removing carpet and installing engineered hardwood flooring along with tiling one bath tub surround. Interior work took an extremely long time, was not finished and in many instances was done improperly. At almost $60K not the quality I'm paying for.

Perimeter came out and completly ripped off old LP siding, rapped house with barrior insulation. this crew was fast and awsome. next crew came to paint and replace gutters, After a walk through with the salesman Chad, we found a few areas that needed a touch up. the hole project was done in about a week not including rain days. I hired Perimeter Remodeling to replace my home's front porch. The work was completed more quickly than I had expected. The work is outstanding. The consultants keep you informed of all progress (if you are not present when the work is being done.) I will use them whenever my home needs repair work.
I hired Perimeter Remodeling to replace my home's front porch. Once the contract was signed, I was given a time frame as to when the work would be started. The work was completed more quickly than I had expected. The consultants keep you informed of all progress (if you are not present when the work is being done.) As shown in the pic, its work is outstanding! I plan to use them whenever my home needs repair work in the future.

We hired Perimeter Remodeling to come out and tear down an unfinished screen porch that was not to our liking and build a gabled roof for our covered patio. We are very happy with the final product. It turned out better than we expected. We would recommend Perimeter Remodeling to anyone looking for a great price with a great crew. Thank you!

Let me explain, my start was a little sketchy. I was in the process of obtaining estimates for replacement of my front porch and steps. We set up a first appointment. The team first called to reschedule an appointment to a Saturday. It was no big deal. But, then there was a no show and a no call on Saturday. That was disappointing and I thought that I would not give the team another chance. Well, they called on the next Monday and said that they would work around my schedule and meet me when I was off work. I set the appointment for that Wednesday. James called on the way and arrived just after I got home. He talked me through plans and showed me a variety of pictures. He said that they could get me in within a week. And I was shocked but was told they have 4 crews working on decking. Roger left me a message on Friday that he had ordered the wood and that it would be dropped off on the 4th of July. It was ... The work crew arrived on Wednesday and worked through the heat and the rain to complete the job on Saturday. The only thing remaining is the haul away of the debris. As they finished Saturday, I'm figuring that will be within the next couple days. The only thing left is to stain it in a couple months. I tell you, the project came out better than I had expected. I've already received many complements on how it looks and the work that was done. I will whole heartedly recommend the company and will use them in the future.

Perimeter Remodeling just completed extensive renovations on my home, including new energy efficient windows, Hardieplank lap siding, paint & gutters. I found the sales team to be extremely knowledgeable, informative and fair. Over the life of the project, Perimeter Remodeling sent a team of experts for each phase. Each team was polite, highly professional and provided top-notch workmanship. They all treated my home with respect and demonstrated high-level mastery of their individual expertise. After each phase was completed, the exterior of my home was left neat and clean. I was impressed by the work ethic of the company and of every worker. Perimeter Remodeling provided expert oversight and maintained consistent communication. I had been dreading the project, but Perimeter Remodeling gave me confidence and made it very easy. I am so pleased with my renovations and recommend Perimeter Remodeling with great confidence and without reservation.

"Perimeter Remodeling we only use certified installers, without hiring subcontractors." This is not true. Perimeter Remodeling uses subcontractors and they are not certified. One of the guys worked on our house told us that he receives a IRS 1099 from Perimeter Remodeling. The guys worked on our house were not certified by any professional association. Perimeter Remodeling refused to provide the subcontractor's license number or certificate. The sole general contractor license holder (CEO) of Perimeter Remodeling is not fully aware of the building codes that are required by the State, County and City. He did not oversee or supervise the construction at all (no show). The City Inspector pointed out multiple major code violations, which were all serious safety issues.

The sale rep was very persuasive because he knows what he's talking about. He started the job and finished up very quickly leaves out small important details. For 2 months, we called, emailed, texted and he promised but was never come back again to finish the job. Once he got the money, he was gone. When ask him questions, he answers just enough instead of being thorough and detailed. There're many small and unpleasant issues throughout the project. We wish we didn't chose him.
