We love taking our dog to be boarded and to play at this facility. Almost everyone is helpful and professional. The one exception is the groomer (who may or may not still be there). They had one groomer, that did well with our dog (who is still young, but large). They then got another groomer, who doubled the price of the grooming (without first contacting me), and when I came to retrieve my pup proceeded to come out to the lobby, and in front of other clients informed me how poorly my dog behaved, and indicated I may want to go elsewhere to get her groomed. She went on and on. I simply smiled, not knowing what to do, and said, "I got it, thank you." Yet, she continued. She was young, and I can understand that she may not have people skills, or yet developed a sense of professionalism, and appropriate behavior with regard to customers, but embarrassing a customer it not appreciated. She could have simply called me, or pulled me aside privately and said, I had a difficult time grooming your dog, as she .... Instead she chose to almost berate me in front of others. We have since found another groomer, who although my dog is wiggly, and wants to play, seems to be able to get the job done without complaint. I am disappointed because we love everything else about the Pet Play Place.

The service at Pet Play Place is friendly and convenient. My dog came home from there recently after a week long stay exhausted, which means she had a great time playing all week!

The employees at Pet Play Place are not honest. I wanted to see how Buddy interacted with the other dogs. A young lady told the web cam was down. The next time I was there I was told there is no web cam. I was also told that they didn't want me to go to the play area because it would upset the dogs and they would start barking. It really bothered me that I couldn't see Buddy in the play area. I knew Buddy wouldn't want to stay at PPP the first time I took him, but he never wanted to stay. When I picked him up he seemed very nervous and anxious. I don't know what goes on behind closed doors at PPP, but I will not take Buddy back. I am so sorry thing didn't work out for Buddy. I now take him to a day care in Marietta which is out of the way but Buddy loves it there.

My pet has only been their once and I was extremely pleased with the care he received. All of the staff is very caring and concerned for our pets. The other customers in the lobby all had great things to say about Pet Play Place.
