I scheduled a service call because my dishwasher had started making an odd noise. Technician called 20-30 minutes prior to let me know that he was on the way. The dishwasher noise turned out to be normal aging of parts that did not need repair. I was happy to pay for the service call for the peace of mind that a major failure was not imminent. As a bonus, the technician referred me to an appliance outlet store to seek out a replacement for the over-the-range microwave that had blown out several months ago (and was more cost effective to replace rather than repair).

I had called a competitor first and they were going to call me the next morning to tell me when they could come out for my fridge that was not cooling at all. AM I GLAD that I did not settle for second class. Phoenix Service Center provided fast, friendly, great service all within 4 hours of my intial call! Will call them next time I have an appliance problem!

I called Phoenix Service Center at 8:30am and they were at my door at 9am! Their repairman was nice and helpful, and seemed very knowledgeable. He quickly pinpointed the problem (broken fan motor), went out to get a new one and installed it in about 10 minutes. He quoted a price and stuck to it, even giving me a $10 military discount:-) I will definitely use them again!
