My friend loves the cream cheese wontons are her daughter loves the lemon chicken. I can do the pad thai. for the price, i think eating at a real thai restaurant is a better deal.

I love their house special chicken or tofu for vegetarians. I think their service is quick and friendly. They have great lunch or meal portions as well, that come with a side and small salad. It's a great deal and a quick stop for Asian cuisine.

Pick-up stix is a great place to grab take-out on the way home. You can substitute tofu for any of the entrees. I highly recommend that house tofu, which comes out crunchy and covered in the delicious sauce.

I suppose food here is good, and the main difference from this and a chinese restaurant is that the service is better.. but its not bad once in a while.

Pick-Up Stix has a lot of great food...the standard stuff is all there but something about it makes you feel like you're eating the "gourmet" version of Panda Express. The servings are huge if you're getting a combo/meal or whatever they call it (the 2-item plates, 3-item plates, etc). The service is fairly quick but not so quick that you think the stuff was made 2 hours ago and besides, you can watch them cook it all over the counter if you want. Everything is really quality and for that you pay a few extra bucks but in the end if you've got a few minutes to wait and some money that needs spending, its worth every penny.

Although it's tough to match up to authentic Asian food for San Francisco (where I'm from), this Pick Up Stix isn't a bad replacement. I think the House Special Chicken is the best with rice, while the Pad Thai w/ chic is extremely good. As for the price, it's ok; you can find a few coupons here and there in the mail though.
