We brought our beautiful Golden Retriever with long flowing light golden hair in for a simple bath (no trimming or cutting what so ever).....After being at the facility since 11am, we finally called at 4:30pm to find out if she was ready yet because no one ever called us. We were told that she was ready and that they close in 30 minutes! Upon arrival, we were presented someone else's dog to take home. Once we informed the receptionist that that was not our dog she asked us to come in the back to identify our dog. At first we told her that none of the dogs were ours but after a closer look, realized with a startling shock that our dog was there, but had been shaved!!!! This experience has shaken our entire family. We're still trying to get used to seeing her so butchered. They didn't even blend the fur on her head smoothly into the extremely short shaved body. It looks hideous and all we asked for was a bath. Warning: DO NOT take your beloved dog to this incompetent business!!!!

My dog is quite the Male Diva and the staff at Piedmont Bark treat him accordingly! He couldn't be happier, spending his days being treated like the VID that he is! William and his staff are absolutely FABULOUS - no better place for doggie daycare, grooming or boarding, than Piedmont Bark!

When I went to see the facility, I was not impressed. They did answer my questions, but were in a rush, and did not let me see the boarding area. I also did not like the fact that it's mostly indoors, on a concrete floor. The pictures on the website were deceiving because there were hardly any toys or exercise equipment, and a couple of trees and benches. Mostly I remember the concrete. I went with Atlanta Dog Spa (same rates). They have outdoor and indoor areas, and the dogs can roam between the two.

During my visit for my dog's $25 "6 hour test run" required by Piedmont Bark before I could board my dog, I noted that all three staff members that I encountered were not very friendly to me or my dog. They did not offer to show me the facilities and when I requested to see the boarding area, they were hesitant to show me. They agreed to show me the boarding area, but only opened the door half-way, did not allow me to walk in, and said that it was going to be cleaned later that afternoon. My dog also came home smelling horribly which was an indication to me that this place is not clean. I will look elsewhere for a place to board my dog.

We always board our dogs here when we go out of town. The staff is friendly, nice to the dogs, and give them one on one attention. They always remember our names and our dogs names. They also have a great groomer there.

We love Piedmont Bark - and so does the dog. We have a big dog with a lot of energy, and after a day at Piedmont Bark he is wiped out for the night. The staff is wonderful and attentive to the dogs' needs.

We have been very happy with all services at Piedmont Bark. Pleasant, professional, fun environment. Also, when we had an unexpected need to board our Golden Retriever for 5 days, we took him straight there.... he was happy, calm and clean when we picked him up. Plus we dropped in a few times to visit, and all was well.

We've used Piedmont Bark several times and can only sing them praises! The facility is clean and the staff is caring! And, most importantly, the dog likes going!

If you are a bit on the crazy side when it comes to your dog, I highly recommend Piedmont Bark. Very friendly, they greet your dog by name when you walk through the door. They don't mind you calling often to check in, and their groomer does a terrific job as well. Excellent.

This business is great in that the peopole who work there really love animals and it shows in the way that the animals there are treated. I beleive they also have a webcam that you can check on your pet at any time.
